        Great location, fabulous service with really friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are reasonably big by Paris standards. There is coffee and tea facilities in the rooms and iron and iron board and the hairdryer is also great because it is string and had heat.

        We have visited the hotel twice before. We had cancelled our current visit three days before because of the current bed bug plague in Paris. Unfortunately, we had to pay the full amount for our five-day stay without replacement. The hotel manager was not accommodating. We had a large monetary loss as a result. This behavior was in accordance with the rules. However, not customer-friendly and accommodating. We had booked through IHG, where I encountered understanding. However, each individual hotel is independent. Update: The hotel manager just called back. She had a lot of understanding for our decision and also assured us that her hotel currently has no problem with the bed bug plague and also ensures that it stays that way. She kindly offered us that the money we currently paid is not lost, but can be used for a future stay. Thank you very much!

        Hotel with a North American feel. Air conditioning in the time and the lobby. Newish feel to the interior of the hotel. Compared to small old hotels in the area this one is fantastic! You can walk to mountmatre but of course there is an incline.

        Let me start by saying all the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Daniel went an above and beyond to give us what we needed, always friendly willing to give us directions whenever we asked. Great location lots of restaurants and shops close by. Very quaint neighborhood just like I pictured Paris to be. Italian restaurant on the corner is very good. We had an issue with the transit we needed to address and the Manager (don’t know her name) went out of her way to help resolve the situation for us. I highly recommend this hotel enjoy your stay

        This is a great location and an okay hotel. The rooms were fine but very expensive compared to other local hotels. The dining area was strange and seemed to be off limited unless you wanted to pay per person fare. It meant that the majority of the lobby level felt off limits to us. That combined with a hefty list of inconvenient issues just means that I wouldn't go back. At half the price it would be a bargain, the rooms were clean and everyone there was pleasant but there are far cuter hotels in the area for the same price if you book earlier. This one did have the distinction of being across the street from likely the best bakerie in Paris and a fantastic cheese shop, so I may still be drawn back if I can negotiate a place to eat that isn't in my hotel room and doesn't charge me cafe prices for Nespresso pods.
