Very close to the stadiums, that was the plus. Reasonable prices. Breakfast a bit slow. Valet - you mine as well book another night while waiting for your car to arrive. Clientele is sketchy at times. Bar downstairs is convenient, but again, watch out for other guests. Rooms were comfortable, but thin walls (you can hear much...X rated at times). Lobby was decorated for the holiday, which was nice. Would I return? Probably not. Also, shuttle from Airport to hotel is not recommended. Find another way to get there.

The workers here are genuinely kind and desirous to help. The rooms are in tip top shape and the workers desire to accommodate you if you’re not satisfied. Ashley is a sweet, young front desk worker who made my stay great.

I have been to this hotel at least 3 times now just this year and I must say that each time, the staff has been great! They’re helpful, knowledgeable, and kind - great customer service indeed. The hotel is minutes (less than 10 minutes) away from the PHL airport and so it is very convenient to park at this location. They also offer shuttle service to and from the hotel and airport. With my experiences thus far, I highly recommend this hotel!

The place doesn’t look all that special but it’s actually surprisingly nice and clean! The room could have had better lighting for my wife to do her makeup. The staff was helpful and our check in & out process was pretty smooth. Can’t say that I loved the valet parking feeling rather forced when to park your car over night was $15 a night. For the price it really wasn’t that bad.

If you are staying in the area to see a show or sporting event, this is a very nice hotel to stay in. We had no problems checking in or staying, parking is sufficient and the hotel is a 25 minute walk to the arena. The room was plain but clean and we had no problems with wifi. Good stay all around.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
