I recently stayed at this hotel during a family trip to Orlando, and unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. While there were a few positive aspects, the overall experience left much to be desired. One of the main issues we encountered was the limited access to amenities. We were disappointed to learn that the amenities closed as early as 6 pm and did not reopen until 11 am the next day. This meant that we were unable to utilize the facilities despite paying the resort fee. It felt like we were paying for something we couldn't fully enjoy, which was quite frustrating on top of that $27.00 parking fee. To add to our disappointment, upon entering our room, we discovered socks left behind IN the bedding by the previous guest. While some might find this amusing, it was not a pleasant surprise for us. It made us question the cleanliness and attention to detail of the housekeeping staff. On a slightly lighter note, we did find humor in the situation and jokingly referred to it as a "free socks" discovery. However, this small amusement did not outweigh the overall negative experience and made us question whether the bedding was changed at all. Another issue we encountered was the treatment we received from the front desk staff. Despite booking our stay online, we were made to feel like second-class guests. The term "third party booking" was used, which left us feeling unwelcome and out of place. It was puzzling to us why the hotel would accept third-party bookings if they were so averse to them. Upon our arrival there were many hidden costs that were demanded before checking in. Within those hidden costs were the resort fees, with the water park closing at 6pm. Funny enough, check in is at 4pm, leaving you 2 hours to do what? In comparison to our experience at this hotel, we have found that staying at AirBNB properties provides a more personal touch and better overall service. It seems that smaller accommodations prioritize customer satisfaction and go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. In conclusion, while this hotel has some potential, it fell short in several key areas. Limited amenity access, cleanliness issues, and unwelcoming treatment made our stay less enjoyable. For future trips to Orlando, we will be exploring alternative options that offer a more personalized experience. Definitely we will not recommend this property to anyone.

while i wish i could say this was 5 stars, it unfortunately is not. we had issues with our room- the size is not what we were expecting, and the lighting in the rooms is horrible, but we made it work. on top of that, we had an ant issue from when we arrived, and when we asked if we could switch rooms, we did not get a response. towels and soaps were not changed out unless we reached out via the phone. however, the perks were the water area and the fun family games- the movie theater is super cool as is the trivia room, and karaoke was super fun.

When reading some reviews, I became really reluctant to book here but I'm so glad I did! My group of 10 had an amazing time and always had something to do. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. Our room was clean and spacious. The pools and play areas were really cool and kept the kids busy. Adult drinks were tasty. We all really loved the poolside interactive entertainment!! In my room, I saw that the cover plates on the wall outlets needed some repair and we had no ice machine on our floor in our building, those things did not stop us from enjoying our stay. Also, they were actively making improvements around the resort. I will be rebooking a longer stay next time.

EDIT: The manager was SUPER helpful and helped us figure it out. Thank you so so much for helping us. Ask to speak to the manager instead of the supervisor if you have troubles! ♥️ This is an upsetting situation. We are heading to Disney tomorrow and wanted to stay close to the area. However, before we can even get in the door we are greeted with double the amount in fees and parking mandates. There is a $190 resort fee and a $75 daily parking fee that is not mentioned in any type of closing payment. Why the heck are we paying for parking at a hotel we booked, with a resort fee we pay, on pavement we pay taxes on, and a construction team that needed more tax money to build this place? We were charged twice the resort fee and I’ve been round and around trying to explain it.

This place was so nice! There was so much for the kids to do. They had a little “game show” for the kids to participate in at the pool. My kid won hot potato and got a free ice cream! The staff was amazing. Very good with kids. 5 stars for the game show host as well!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
