        I had a pleasant stay at the holiday Inn. The service was good, and the overall experience was not bad. The room was comfortable, and the staffs were friendly and accommodating. Saheed from the breakfast buffet was especially very good and make sure we had the most pleasant experience while have breakfast every morning. Also Vinith from housekeeping was the best, he make sure our room was in tiptop shape everyday and gave us enough water to last us the entire day.

        I stayed at the Hotel and while the hotel was ok, I would like to commend Saleem, the bell man. I checked into the hotel quite late and while Saleem was the bell man, he took the ownership to check me in (shows he has good computer skills), took me to my room, explained me various features in the room, phone functions, and then surprised me with all the right toiletries a travel needs. I would say he is a Manager and Customer Service champion all into one. And if anyone from Holiday Inn reads this comment please consider promoting this guy!

        I am happy to inform you about Holiday Inn Riyadh, Al Qasr services. Mainly excellent welcomed and good speeches of Mr Saleem Bell man. Nice speech good approach, assisting for all doubts specifically for new comers to KSA like me. I appreciate Mr. Saleem for his excellent service. Also Housekeeping done well specially Mr. Vineeth...Nice service and better cleaning of Rooms. Good breakfast foods for all nationalities.

        The Hotel has convenient location, Comfortable beds and clean rooms. I would like to thank the holiday inn staff for their outstanding services, especially the new generation of young Saudi; they were well trained and strived to help guests.
