        The location was the best part of this place, it’s easy to get to and the parking was fairly easy. I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the place, I had blood all over my pillows and bed sheets, obviously from another person. There was hair in the bathroom that belonged to someone else (I’m bald) so that’s how I know for sure. It was extremely unclean, plus when there was rain, portions of the roof had caved in and there was a lot of water all over the place. When I stepped out of my room. There was water all over the hallway, and much of that water was leaking into peoples bedrooms, and also to the fourth floor. Part of this water brought forth and unbearable stench that came from the carpet, likely because the carpet was rarely cleaned. Overall, I would say that my experience was truly disappointing because of this, and will not be coming back to this hotel. Of the mini Holiday Inn, that I’ve been to, this Hass to be the worst one. Also, I forgot to mention that the elevator was flooded with water from time to time because of the rain, and when I informed the staff, they did nothing about it. They looked at me with awe and shock, But when I spoke with one of the service managers, she told me that this happens on a yearly basis, whenever it rains. I looked at her dumbfounded, because I was wondering why they hadn’t fixed the rain and roof issue. Truly a disappointment, I really wish I didn’t spend my points here.

        I like this place. I'm giving it five stars because it does what a good hotel should do, not because it's a five-star hotel. The rooms are clean and not run down. Great beds with pillows labeled for their firmness and the beds are comfortable. The area is fantastic! A vibrant fishing community and a lot of boats right across the street. There are also many restaurants and bars within walking distance. One of my favorite things about this hotel, tho, is the thermostats. It seems like most hotels I stay in these days have started using motion sensor thermostats. If you have not been exposed to these yet, here's what they do. When you set a cooler temperature to go to sleep, for example, the thermostat will stop working after you've stopped moving. If you cooled down your room, it will get hot because the thermostat has shut off. When you wake up because it's uncomfortably warm, your movement will start the air-conditioner again. Then, when you cool off again and fall back to sleep, the same thing happens over and over all night. It can lead to a very restless, uncomfortable night's sleep. I like this place.

        I had an extremely disappointing experience during my stay at the hotel on Saturday, Dec 9th. Firstly, upon arrival, I found my room to be as cold as the temperature outside, which was 52F. Despite adjusting the AC to a higher setting, the room remained uncomfortably chilly throughout my stay. To make matters worse, the hot water in the shower was barely warm, even after running it for 15 minutes. This made it impossible for me to have a proper hot shower before rushing to work. Unfortunately, when I returned to the room, the temperature had not improved, and I still had no access to hot water. Adding to my frustration, the breakfast provided was subpar. The coffee was terrible, and the overall selection left much to be desired. As I was in a rush to catch my flight, I tried to find a taxi but encountered difficulty. The receptionist was unable to assist me, and I nearly missed my flight as a result. Considering the inconveniences I experienced, I find it hard to justify the hefty price tag of $400 for my room. I expected better service Overall, my stay at this hotel was highly unsatisfactory. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and takes appropriate measures to improve the quality of their accommodations and services.

        We stayed in the main building for one night prior to a cruise. The staff we came across - front desk, shuttle driver, and the breakfast servers - were all very nice and professional. The location is fantastic with many restaurants nearby with a Ralph's a few blocks away. Shuttle service was timely from the airport and to the cruise terminal upon check-out (which was not the case when we stayed at Holiday Inn Express Old Town last year) so we appreciate this! The room was large and clean with comfy beds; however, noise insulation is very poor. We heard doors slamming all the time and could hear the poor fellow next door coughing the entire night. It was nice having a pool but it needs better maintenance- there were tons of leaves and dead bugs floating in it. A bit expensive but we would stay here again.

        We had an amazing experience at this gorgeous resort style property. We picked this location for our wedding room block for several reasons: 1. Great price 2. Great location - the hotel is less then a mile from the airport with great views 3. Excellent customer service - Ally and the team were a pleasure to work with. Response rate was very fast. 4. After party! We hosted an after party at the Bayside Bar on property - Kelsey was exceptional, so kind and she took care of our group - 10/10 stars!!! The team really bent over backward to provide stellar customer service. We are so happy we chose them!
