The room was great!! Very spacious and had a great retro chair 💞. We were there to visit a memorial. There was an event, I guess, going on when we arrived there and an issue with a lady that required several officers assistance. After the event, the parking lot stayed dirty with beer bottles and just.... There are some homeless folks outside the parking lot, but they were nice and we brought back food for them. The room is really nice!!!! And I wish I could find that retro chair for my house!! It's gorgeous!!! Just lock your car! They do have awesome security guards for the parking lot and hotel. They do go out of their way for anything you need.

Our go to hotel when we visit the area for our 49ers games. We've consistently visit here for a number of years. Staff are nice and accommodating, and the hotel is clean. They have security that walks the grounds throughout the night to ensure the safety of the guests. The neighborhood looks rough but it's safe. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the green line train, that takes you straight to Levi's stadium. I recommend this establishment.

I’m truly disgusted. I wrote in letting them know of issues but never heard back. I don’t go here unless you want to pay $18 a plate for breakfast which is free at the Express. Same disgusting food. It’s pre-made, frozen and then steamed. I couldn’t be more disappointed. I called on iur first night asking for 2 pillows and they brought me 1 pillow and 1 blanket. I don’t know where that came from. The bar doesn’t open until 5 so eat before hand. In your room there’s a phone with room service, don’t push it because they don’t have it. The fitted sheet didn’t even fit on the bed. Not enough towels in the bathroom, customer service is really bad. Don’t go!!!

At the prices you pay there should never be a dirty anything. You do have to pay for parking. You do have to pay for breakfast. There is nothing for free at this location. Remember location, location. My car was safe. The front desk was friendly and professional. I didn’t see nor was I told about all the other fees that are applied to your stay here. Would I revisit at this location? No. Would I recommend this location? Meh. I’m on the fence about it. It’s not a bad Inn and I did feel safe there. The room was clean. The staff was nice, but the up front pricing however was not nice. The toilet had human residue in it..

This was actually the best holiday inn I have ever stayed at. The rooms were large. The bed was large. The room was clean. The amenities were great. They had a restaurant, bar, sit down area for breakfast, and well equipped gym. They even had 2 peloton bikes which I was very excited about. The room came with a microwave and they had a small convenience store downstairs. The hotel was well located from the airport and downtown san jose with a 7 11 within walking distance and several restaurants also within walking distance. It was quite reasonably priced as well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
