Location and Convenience are the main factors about this hotel. You can walk to it once you exit the terminal. The breakfast is good, there's something for every dietary need. The shower water pressure is great especially after a 9 and a half hour flight. Good place to recharge before continuing your Chilean adventure. You cannot hear the airport traffic. You can see the amazing Chilean mountains in the distance.

Stayed here on two separate occasions within a week. Positive - Rooms are clean and have very good sound insulation so did get a good sleep. Location is very convenient. Breakfast passable. Negative - food in the bar or restaurant is virtually inedible, tuna cooked to a point where it was so dry hard and solid. Risotto with fish over cooked risotto horrible. Second visit pre booked fish burger bread so solid and dry it was inedible fish very overcooked fries cold and unpleasant. Bar burger was acceptable but again fries cold and unpleasant!

My husband and I visited this hotel on the 23rd December and could not have been happier. Never have we received a warmer welcome to a hotel on any continent, anywhere in the world than here. Augustine was on duty and treated us like royalty. The convenience of the hotel for the airport is also second to none. (Easy walking distance from both International and Domestic), with smooth surfaces and lifts/elevators to wheel suitcases easily. We ate in the bar downstairs and although I am not usually that into hamburgers, this one was delicious and enough for two people at a very reasonable price. Overall we were overwhelmed with how pleasant spending time in an airport hotel can be if done right!

Great room though we stayed barely a night. Small complaint though, the restaurant was pretty average. My food arrived in seconds and warm - maybe the microwave wasn’t on long enough. Our waiter kept moving away as we ordered and communication was a little difficult, he did come back with our order each time though, so patience pays off. Only other thing was that some of what we ordered wasn’t available and 7pm - the first sitting I think it’s a complaint that should be addressed. That said the staff welcoming us were very professional and attentive

Staff are super professional, shout out to very friendly Jaime in the restaurant. Restaurant has plenty of vegetarian options although it is very pricey and portions are very small. Breakfast buffet was amazing! Staff were very helpful when we needed a late check out for a 1am flight and then gave us a good rate on booking an extra night. Loved the pool and sauna. Great coffee too which makes a change in Chile!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
