Location is not too good as it requires 10 minutes from the train station. Room is in reasonably size, I especially like the bathroom design. Bed is holiday inn style, soft and comfortable. however I may try the Chinese local brand hotel next time.

The room is nice and clean and the view from a higher floor is amazing as you can see the skyscrapers like the oriental pearl tower. Walking distance to shanghai south railway station and the metro for lines 3, 4 and 1 even though line 1 is a bit of a walk. Eateries around the area are open till quite late (11.30pm)compared to other places in Shanghai and the options for food is quite decent too.. Breakfast is good though there isn't much variety. Friendly and accommodating staff with ability speak and understand English.

I had absolutely no issues here on a trip in the fall of 2018. Breakfast is definitely not high end but I was able to piece together options that worked including a couple adventurous items not common to this american. It's a very convenient hotel for the metro. Room was simple and clean and shower was great. There is mainly residential areas to explore to the north so you're likely to go straight to the metro if you're here as a tourist looking for more action. There is a small area with shops and food right before you get to the metro. I stopped there for groceries a few times.

The service is good and effective but there is only one thing I deeply dislike: breakfast. The breakfast is the same thing, there's no variety for each day until you get fed up of eating the same everyday. Besides, the only one cereal they have is old and musty. But overall, service is nice and beds are great. Had a good luck to have a good sight from my bedroom.

Place is decent with good cleanliness. Great location as it's just behind Shanghai Railway Station & Long distance bus station at a walking distance of 5-8 mins. Breakfast is good too with Chinese, Continental & English ones though the breakfast area is very noisy & chaotic. Internet facility is good too. Good value for money!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
