I stayed at the Hotel from December 21 to January 03, 2023. I was in town for vacation and chose this hotel because of its central location. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was within walking distance of many restaurants and shops, and I was able to easily explore the city on foot. The room was comfortable, with a great view of the city. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with towels and toiletries. The staff at the hotel were amazing. They were always friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic. There was a wide variety of dishes to choose from, including fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and bacon. I especially enjoyed the Chinese food, which included dumplings, baozi and more Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai. The location, rooms, staff, and breakfast were all top-notch, and I can’t wait to come back!

Jason went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless and enjoyable. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor immediately made us feel welcome. Despite a busy check-in period, Jason took the time to address our needs and went the extra mile to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. His dedication to customer service truly stood out. Moreover, Jason's knowledge about the hotel amenities and local recommendations enhanced our stay. It's rare to encounter such a level of genuine hospitality, and Jason's exemplary service made our visit memorable. Thank you to Jason and the entire Holiday Inn team for fostering an environment where guests feel valued and well-cared for. We booked a King bed + Single bed family room. The room is extremely small with no place to put our luggage. The sink is right next to the bed and bathroom is also very tight. The service was terrible for the high price. We had obvious trouble with our large luggages but there was no service or help. The service is terribly poor compared to other hotels we stayed at in China.

Our stay at Holiday inn was an absolute delight as located on on the nianjing road, on a walking distance to iconic "The Bond". One of the highlights of our stay was the delectable breakfast spread. The variety of options catered to all tastes, and we were especially impressed with the personalized service from Mr. Sameer at the restaurant. His exceptional hospitality added an extra layer of warmth to our mornings. Mr. Sameer went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was top-notch. What stood out was his attentive approach, as he personally attended to every table, ensuring each guest felt valued. His efforts were particularly evident when he not only accommodated but also arranged a delightful selection of vegetarian options for us.

Great hotel with perfect location close to Nanjing Road. Rooms with a great view and a rich breakfast incl. western dishes. Concierge service very nice and helpful. I will come back again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
