        My overall experience living here is okay. The staff are friendly, the location is convenient. The outside and room are good furnished. But in several aspects, they can do better. Firstly, there is no sockets around the bedside cabinets. It's really not convenient for me to charge and play my phone when on bed. Secondly, the waiting time when I call the guest service is a bit long. During the stay, I dialed the guest service twice. Both waiting time are around 10 seconds. They finally respond before I nearly hang up.

        Felt like we visited India instead of Singapore! Very cool! The hotel is indeed extremely small especially for a family. However, we were not in the room often. We were greeted by courteous and caring front desk staff. They are very accommodating here! We initially had a huge issue with our room being in the middle of a group that rented several rooms which meant they spoke to each other loudly at the hallways. We were awaken at 7am to their chit chats and screaming of their kids. The staff was prompt in moving us to another room. Very kind of them to do it so quickly. We got a nice quiet room and were finally able to get some rest. They had awesome pillows and comfortable bed! The sofa bed was sufficient for the kids. Be aware that the main bed is upstairs which is a bit tight to go up & down. The pool was cold but still fun for the kiddos. Highly recommended!

        I think I can safely categorize as my latest stay at Holiday Inn Little India as one of the best ever! I had inhibitions at the beginning, but was pleasantly surprised by the mostly professional, well mannered, helpful and ever smiling staff at not just the concierge, but also at the Breakfast restaurant Blue Jasmine on Level 5, right down to the cleaning staff. Everyone was just amazing! I was probably lucky that our room on 19th floor came with a nice view and was bigger in size and came with a work desk and a chair. Bathroom was decent size with very strong water flow in the shower. My accompanying guest also got a 19th floor, but a much smaller room with a queen bed and no work desk. We had breakfast included in our rate and enjoyed amazingly tasty and surprisingly more than decent spread every single morning. This being little india, there was a special section for Indian food in breakfast daily and was really authentic and tasty, whenever I had it. Rest of the brekkie was standard fare but still a good spread with many options and really well planned. The location of this place is of course really convenient and well connected to every part of the city. All in all, as mentioned before, an amazingly fantastic stay! P.S: The only complaint I have is the rates of Canned Drinks at the in house Starbucks counter at level 1 (Daylight robbery at $6 per can!!) when there's a vending machine selling the same drinks at only $1.60 right there and a 7-11 just outside!

        Our stay at Holiday Inn made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The location of the hotel is a wonderful plus point with the market area, train and bus station, and multiple eateries at very close walking distances. The best part about our stay here was the extremely hospitable and warm staff of the hotel. A very special mention to Yunus at the reception desk who helped us with every query and explained everything about different attractions, even the train map, which made our transportation extremely convenient and efficient! A special mention to Azim and Angeline as well! They made sure we felt at ease and enjoyed our stay. Glad we stayed here!
