        Staff is very welcoming and polite. We loved everything from the care we received from the Holiday Inn staff. The food was delicious. We loved the spa facilities. The rooms were very small and there was not enough space for luggage. However, it was clean and tidy. It was a small room bit it felt cosy. The pool, sauna were very good. We will definitely visit again.

        If you are a POC I do not recommend this spa. I went to this spa 6 days ago, and unfortunately me and my best friend did not end up enjoying our stay. We were in line waiting for the concierge to direct us to where the spa was, and a Caucasian woman who was, behind us and say us waiting completely disregarded our presence and proceeded to try and go in front of us, the member of staff would of allowed it had I not asserted myself and let her know the obvious. Not only that, but the facilities in the spa were disappointing, the changing room locker rooms were disgusting, used sanitary towels were in the floor in the bathroom, the bins were overflowing with rubbish, most of the lockers were broken as well. I definitely do not recommend.

        This was my first time going to the Holiday Inn, I was invited to a Caribbean dinner & dance by a friend. It was such a lovely evening, the staff were really accommodating, friendly and very professional. They had a wide variety of foods which were delicious and mouth watering. They had a steel band for part of the evening, also limbo dancing which some of the guest enjoyed themselves. There was a lady DJ who played a mix of different music which was great. We had a fabulous time from the beginning until the end. I'd definitely go again and recommend anyone else too. I give them 5 stars.

        Fabulous good value hotel. Excellent facilities. Spotlessly clean. Comfortabble beds. Fabulous 3 nights sleep! Good soundproofing. Proximity to all Kensington High Street has to offer. And just a few yards from the tube station. Spa wonderful. Massage magic hands by Kimberly, absolute bliss!! Restaurant good. Nice ambience in the bar. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in London. Most enjoyable

        I was really surprised at how much I enjoyed my stay at this Holiday Inn! I was initially worried about booking because of some of the reviews, but I thought I might test it out for one night before booking additional nights. The service staff really are really what set this hotel apart. I arrived late from a Paris flight and Ali was an absolute superstar at helping with check in, making sure that my room was OK and explaining what was on offer. His attitude felt like he really enjoyed working in guest relations and it really swept away the burden of a delayed flight and the worries I had around booking this hotel. He was really kind to offer breakfast as well, despite the fact that I wasn't asking for it to be complimentary (I was merely querying the price). A summary of the experience of the hotel: (Positives) + Close to two Tube stations (Earl's Court (Piccadilly Line) is a 10 minute walk or High Street Kensington (District/Circle Line) 3 minutes) + Absolutely amazing staff + Starbucks located in the lobby is pretty good + The Fitness Center is well equipped with free weight barbells (it's not just a Smith Machine) or small dumbbells) - you can get a full proper workout + The breakfast is amazing with a wide range of hot buffet items and cold cuts. (Negatives - unfortunately both together lost a star) - The A/C can be a bit hit and miss sometimes with the room leaning towards the slightly chillier side. I tried blasting it on high at 32 degrees celsius with heat mode, but the room never felt warmer than 15 degrees celsius. - The baggage claim at the concierge could do with some improvement. I went to collect my bags and there were two staff members who were just talking there. I wasn't really acknowledged despite standing there for a good two minutes until another staff member came along, who I supposed was the concierge as he took my tickets and grabbed my bags, but all together this took about 10 minutes despite being the only guest there. The other two gentlemen may not have been responsible for concierge services, but it just felt jarring standing there there unacknowledged for a few minutes and worried about my flight while they carried on laughing and conversing.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
