It’s a poor hotel although the building is great and new! There are so many negative point that pushed me to give 1 star! - zero services: there is no phone to communicate with reception, every time you need something you go down; there is no drinks and no fridge inside the room! No slippers if you forget! - I had to ask to change my first room because heavily dirty with stain on new duvet cover and carpet not cleaned! I left 1 hair inside the shower and the day after cleaning I still found it there! - the breakfasts is a joke: lucky I didn’t include for my trip just tried 1 day and I was very sad and felt bad for them! It’s totally poor and with zero choices and zero fresh ingredients! - the people are not nice and look like they hate you stay in in there if you ask a favor or a contest they won’t help you neither try to let you stay well. They just say no at everything! By the way the air conditioning/heating is a nightmare: you suffer hot or cold and there isn’t the chance to change it manually only centrally and the temperature inside is never nice for the all night! The only positivity thing is the matress quality and the silence! It’s one of the few hotels I could sleep very well all night with zero noisy!

Spacious and clean rooms, although location at the very end of tram line so you may need to wait 20 to 30 minutes for transport in the late hours of the night. Value for money is unbeatable, especially compared to the tourist trap hotels located by Frankfurt Central train station. Staff were friendly too

I totally love this hotel. Service very nice, room clean, not messy, cozy totally incredible. A bit far from city centre and tram only there but totally fine and worth it. Next time again for sure!

I’ve been in this hotel several times and I like the interior decoration of rooms, the location and the staff so much. Though the rooms lack some equipment, like tea maker, and they have no laundry service. Still lovely and cozy in a very tidy neighborhood.

Best lobby for gatherings or meeting and working. Very good breakfasts and conveniently located for access to downtown by just one tram in less than 15 minutes. Room service not impressive. Unsecured WiFi available but cell phone coverage is close to zero inside the lobby.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
