A modern hotel with a retro facade. The rooms are very clean! Wonderful bathroom and shower and windows big and with nice views! The best thing about Frankfurt is that it's highly connected. The number 11 Metro gets you into the town in 5 minutes. The Ostbahn station is a 5 minute walk and links you directly to the airport.

It’s surprisingly nice for the price. Clean (but good luck finding a dirty mid-range hotel in Germany..) and spacious rooms with good a/c. Design is daring with light gray carpets but modern and without clutter. The common area tries to be too hip and the staff is not the warmest, but it’s a nice place to stay.

Good value hotel. Nice compromise between function and price. It had what we needed with little extra stuff not needed to be paid for such as a gym. - perhaps a day membership at the 711 gym across the street might be a good amenity. Like the free drink with no housekeeping visit - nice option. We were given a handicap room so can not give good evaluation o bathroom but more horizontal surfaces would be good as well as washcloths (we brought our own and left them!) A light breakfast option might be good (coffee + a pastry for 5 euros vs 16 euro buffet. All in all if we come back we will seriously consider this hotel

Rooms are modern that’s about it. I stayed there for one night and there was a disgusting smell coming from the bathroom, even with the door shut it was not possible to stay in the room. The AC/heating is extremely noisy and the bed hard. The breakfast was inedible (arrived just before 10am and there wasn’t much left), eggs were rubbery and oats disgusting. One of the female staff was pretty rude as well when I asked if the tap water was drinkable (given the awful smell). I wouldn’t stay there again

The room was void of any normal convenience you'd expect in a hotel room, a bottle of water, extra towel etc. The single small blanket on the bed was quite thin and very small. One pillow had an awful small. The carpet was extremely stained. The hallway smelled awful. I've stayed in this chain of hotels before and had high expectations. This place made sure I'll never stay in any of them again. The breakfast was also pitiful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
