The hotel was conveniently located along the commercial area of Changshou Road, Putuo District. Behind it were lots of restaurants/eateries serving delicious food from XiaoLong Bao, to fried dumpling and noodles. There was a Family Mart that connects to the hotel as well as a pop up Starbucks coffee shop serving limited variety of beverages. Walking distance also to department stores, bars and parks. It is also 2 blocks away from the Metro subway lines 7 & 13. The room was spacious and clean, but the bed was not that comfortable. Pillows were flat. The front desk staff was accommodating and I was able to get an extra room without the advance booking due to sudden change of plans.

Great western style hotel with large fully equipped rooms. The hotel was very clean and the staff provided wonderful service throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was fully stocked and even provided endless bacon! The room was spacious, clean, and has all of the amenities a traveler would expect. Overall a nice experience for my 2 day stay in Shanghai.

Decent sized room and good shower with no complaints there. Gym is lacking however and in need of a refresh, looks ten years old. Swimming pool is good and nice to have a Jacuzzi but be aware there is a rule where rubber hats must be worn to swim.

We have stayed here two times and both times we left with fond memories. The hotel facilities were not top notched but everything you expect a five star hotel should have in the guest room were available. The service was outstanding. When we asked for peanut butter in the morning they actually made a batch of fresh peanut butter for us. The breakfast beffet was very good with a good variety. I would definitely stay there again.

My room was big, the bed very comfy. I like that they had soft and hard pillows in the bed (and they labelled them), so you could choose according to your preference. I didn't get the breakfast included as I wanted to experiment street food so I cannot give my opinion on it. I don't give them 5 stars because the mat for the bath was dirty (it was not put though, but it was there if you wanted). And when I open wide the curtains, I could observe in the left side a lot of must. That removed a bit the nice image I got when entering the room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
