Some rooms have big balconies, some rooms have nice open view, like in a countryside rather than busy LA. Facility was basic, clean, Wi-Fi wasn’t working at that moment but the reception managed to give a different one, and was very nice to let me make online phone calls in a room before moving to the one closer to the reception. Some stores around, 2 blocks away from commercial street with all kinds of things. Good price in LA, easy to take bus.

Probably one of the better hotels for the price. if your looking for a clean nice safe place to sleep for a reasonable price close to downtown this is a good choice. if your not comfortable or familiar with big city life or are on vacation with your family I wouldn't recommend it, area is safe but must use good judgement. This area has high gang activity so it's not Disneyland. if you know how to mind your own business and have good judgement your fine. you can walk to the 711 at night or even to.downtown with your girl without any problem. The gangs are not all bad people and generally help keep the area safe so bottom line keep to yourself, mind your own business and in return you get a really great price, new and updated rooms and gate closed at night. I recommend any of the rooms not attached to the main building, like rooms 125, 225 etc, they have sliding door balcony..

Ooooowee it's bad. I booked a night here and I was regretful. I booked here for my fiancee to come back to after work and I was upset when I saw the room with my own eyes and we were already in town and it was to late to book anywhere else. The bed was tiny and the carpets are Gastly. I know that renovation is expensive.......But rent a shampooer. If your looking for a nice historic hotel that is clean and very comfortable for the same price I recommend Hollywood historic hotel.

Terrible Place! Not Safe! Room next to me was broken into during my first hour there. Someone shattered the window to gain entry. No phones in the room. I called the office during the ordeal. No answer. Voice mail had never been set up so you couldn’t leave a message. Very Dangerous.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
