I’m surprised that the hotel looks outdated from the parking. Deposit is required, RM100.00 per night. Room was ok and spacious. Aircond took some time to cool down. Toilet has that musky smell. The breakfast buffet was awesome. Plenty of food choices and it was good too. Staff were very attentive.

Very clean and nice atmosphere from the lobby and in our hotel room. Hotel room was spacious and toilet was clean, shower comes with a rain shower head. Great service from the staff at the lobby and reception during check-in and check-out. Very friendly housekeeping staff who brightly greeted us when walking past! The breakfast buffet also had a wide variety and tasted decent too. Quite cool Christmas decorations too! Overall, great value-for-money! Booking info: $113 for one night at their Superior Room (2 pax) on Lvl 18 with breakfast included.

Very popular and busy hotel close to shopping. Older style (not modern) but rooms are adequate but more 3-4 star accommodation. Large King bed was comfortable. Room safe didn't work and few other small issues but otherwise Ok. Awesome rooftop bar and great promotions. Breakfast is huge and has a great variety. It was extremely busy during school holidays but Ok. Recommended.

Hotel is clean and accessible to shopping and food. Room prices quite high compared to the surrounding hotels. First timers with families do note to avoid the spa on the other side of hotel located at 6th Floor.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
