This is a 2 star hotel/motel where I stayed many years ago, doesn't look like it has changed much. It's basic, functional and cheap to stay especially if you're visiting any of the exhibition centers (a short ride on the metro). Air con worked fine and there was a nice swimming pool out the front. I would certainly stay here again as it's close to the metro station in a reasonable part of LA. Very easy to get to other parts of the city.

Wanted to stay there 2nights what we booked via agoda and paid in advance. When we entered, we found many cockroaches, so we indicated that we did not want to stay there, even though we had already paid for the accommodation. The receptionist was nice, he offered to cancel the reservation and get a full refund (in my opinion, in order not to give negative feedback). When we wanted to claim the amount back, they denied everything. I do not recommend them to anyone, they do not respond to emails, their attitude is unacceptable, they do not pay attention to hygiene.

Garbage hotel with garbage management. Not even a warning for the TV being too loud. Just immediately slamming on the door and calling the police. I would spend the extra money and stay anywhere else even if it's a cardboard box outside on the street. The owner's son was very accommodating and understanding of the service dog, but the owner himself was slamming and point to get the dog saying I'm calling the police I'm calling the police. Spend your money elsewhere.

A great, small hotel if all you're looking for is a clean place to sleep at night with all the little essentials (coffee, fridge, wifi etc). It's in a good location with ideal links to public transport. I regularly travel to LA so I think this will be my go to whenever I visit.

The bedsheets were dirty, probably unwashed, and covered in hair. I’m pretty sure I got bitten by something (a spider or a bed bug). There was no towels. Avoid.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
