Checked into Hotel about 8pm after a long flight from NZ. As per instructions managed to get in through the coded gate with the help of a person who worked for the Restaurant behind the Hotel. Door code into room and first impressions were good. Great view of LA from the balcony. Air conditioner was on which was great as it was a warm night. Very hungry, walked to the Restaurant and got a takeaway meal to eat in the room. We stayed 3 nights, however, our room was not serviced at all. We had to use the same towels. Being kiwi's we didn't make a fuss. Weird though. The walk into Hollywood Boulevard only took 5 minutes, but the walk back to the hotel took a lot longer due to the steep street. Lucky we could do it. All in all, the Hotel was good, so much so we are going to stay there again when we visit LA next year.

Honestly I was nervous about the checkin process and this feeling too much like an Airbnb but it was AMAZING. The check in was easy (read the instructions… it’s not that hard), the customer service was pleasant, the room was super clean, the bed smelled like bleach (loved.), and the view was pretty! It’s a safe area and parking was easy. Note - it’s not an easy walk to Hollywood because it’s on a big hill. We had a rental car thankfully. We will come back for seconds!

I will definitely be coming back here. I love the location tucked away on top of the hill and near the hollywood bowl. The rooms are decent with everything you need just a little dated. There's no front desk or anything but but i liked that everything was contact free. The Cafe next door is cute and the views are amazing. Lovely walk around the grounds

Loved the room! Felt like we had our own little LA apartment. Very spacious. Bed was incredibly comfortable, loved the down comforter. Room felt modern and clean. It could use some artwork on the walls though. Large double balcony was very nice and because you're up on the hill, it was nice and quiet at night. The water bottles provided on arrival were a nice touch, but I really wish coffee was provided in the room. When we first pulled up I was very skeptical, almost sacred. The outside of the building is run down and you have to walk down an old narrow staircase to get to your room. Floor boards were rotted and there were huge spiders in the hall. I was very pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to the room and saw that it was clean and updated. If they took the time to update the outside this place would be phenomenal. Bathroom also needed a few minor updates the shower faucet was broken but we could still turn on the shower fine and the tub had a few peeling spots. Not a deal breaker by any means, I would definitely stay again. We arrived around 5pm and had no issues finding parking. I also found the contactless check in process nice and easy. The detailed instructions provided by text prior to arrival were much appreciated!

The HHH was an unique kind of place to stay. It is near the top of the hill in Hollywood Hills with great views down below. Walking distance from The Magic Castle which we were going to however it’s on a very steep one-way narrow road to get there. But it was also walking distance to a couple fantastic restaurants next to it. There is no elevators however once you figure it out there’s ways to take your luggage to your room without going up the stairs. And you have to remember there is no one there on site however it’s a easy phone call and they were very helpful to help you get into your room. I would strongly suggest taking a screenshot of your QR code key and then giving it to your partner as well as you. The downside that I really have with the place there wasn’t a coffee pot in the room and no ice machine.
