Great place ! I’m traveling solo for business each week in North LA and this is a hidden gem. Nice clean, updated room with a few upscale touches. Parking fee of 36.00 for gated self parking. No breakfast right now, they are offering gift cards to online stores instead. Fast food and coffee nearby. Right off the 101 on Vermont and near Hollywood Presby

Never got a gift card I was promised when I made the reservation. I called, left a voice mail and never got a calls back. Gift card expired $35 Amazon gift card. Rooms are ok and clean. Heater smelled weird. You pay to park your car inside the gated parking, which is good, BUT didn’t see that info before making my reservation. The price was good but the parking made it the same as other hotels around.

Perfect for the price. You get a great deal for your money. We ended up staying another night. Amenities are at par and working. If you're looking for a reliable last second place to stay that's safe and reliable, this is your spot. Parking was secure and easily accessible. The neighborhood around the area can seem a little less than dazzling, but the hotel itself is clean, bright, welcoming, and the staff were all delightful. We will be back here.

What a great disappointment this vaunted hotel turned out to be. After a courteous check-in process, I was happy to go to my room for a quick nap. That is, until the live ants started crawling up my neck. They were all throughout my bed … and on the dresser. 40 minutes after a call to the front desk, no one had showed up, and I was informed that there were no other rooms available. After the maid came to see the infestation, another room magically appeared. The second room, very nice in initial appearance, was less than satisfying. Being next to a courtyard which was lit all night, there were no blackout shades, so I received unplanned enlightenment all night long. The light switch to the bathroom would only work if you banged on it, and the hot and cold controllers to the shower were plumbed backwards, inviting a scalding. I wrote a detailed message to the Hotel Manager, complete with photos and video, and I followed up with a phone call requesting a response. Absolutely nothing has been received, after a full month. To add to the tone-deafness of this hotel, today I received an email inviting me to stay again. Don’t waste your time or money. This train has run off the rails, and the Engineer is missing in action.

The staff arriving was not very friendly, the staff when we left were not apologetic, or concerned about our issues at all. I cannot believe that your location charges 36 dollars a day to just park your car there. You do not have any staff or security guarding anything. You don't even have guards on site. When we arrived and saw no one else in the parking lot we knew this was going to be bad. The only upside was that the hotel was clean. The room was small, the bed stated was a queen, and it’s more like a full. We have a queen bed at home, and the bed barely fits us, so it’s not a queen. The beds that are there are AWFUL! It was the worst night’s stay we have ever had at a hotel and will never go back just based on the beds alone. I was trying to decide if the bed or the floor was better to sleep on. I didn't trust how clean the wood flooring was, so I opted for the bed. It was TERRIBLE. We ended up leaving at 2am on the second night to go home, because we couldn't take the bed anymore. I get it that since we only stayed 2 nights, we weren't exactly high-end customers, but seeing the hotel in shambles, everything broken, and no real amenities. I can’t imagine any normal person that doesn't pay for rooms by the hour would stay there anyway. The reaction we got from your steward/front desk had no effect on us, as we were resolved to leaving to never return. If i could demand a refund I would, but i fear that would just be a waste of my time seeing the reactions we got from the rest of your staff. certainly, won’t be getting any more money from me or anyone I know. I've already had people change their locations and plans based on this experience and what we have seen.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
