Going in, the room smelled like pee. There was no a/c, but a small fan. The bed was comfortable to sleep in and the TV was good, plenty of channels to watch from. The bathroom was clean and the guest service was good. Overall, would be a great cheap place to stay at for $100-$120 1 bedroom per night.

Not hotel, more of an enclosed motel, no ice machine, drinking water nor elevator and they will not even help with your bags up stairs so if you're disabled don't bother here. Handrail isn't clean and they won't even put out hand sanitizer. Odd atmosphere and smell in "lobby" There may be construction right next door during week just as a fair warning to inquire about. There was a nice lady but the male was bit rude. This place could work for some but don't expect hospitality or customer service.

Although its very convenient to stay there because its right next to the metro and main streets but rather stay somewhere farther. The room is super dirty , smell, very uncomfortable because of busy streets. No AC. The linens are old and stained. On top of that, the receptionist is very rude. The take your deposit on top of what you already pay for the room. the health department should inspect this place routinely

Just stay away! The room and the bathroom were dirty af, there is no air condition and there was no toilet paper so I was lucky that I had my own with me... Not to recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
