        Service is so poor! The staff reports one price until the guest checks out another price. Staff have a confrontational attitude towards customers. What I received back was an extremely unpleasant attitude from the staff and hotel owner. No apology or satisfactory explanation. When a customer reported a poor service attitude and needed a satisfactory apology to the customer, the staff said, "YOUR APOLOGY IS VERY VALUABLE, WHY DO YOU HAVE TO APOLOGIZE TO ME? ", talked like a guest who needed alms, criticized the hotel next door for being shabby but the condition of the room on this side was also very bad, the guest was far away from the photo.

        Quoting one price, charging another for the room, the attitude of both the staff and the motel owner is too bad. After I asked about the price quote, both the owner and the employee did not apologize for the incorrect or incorrect price quote, but insisted on doing the right thing and denied responsibility. The motel owner sat there and kept asking us to pay while the matter was not yet resolved. When I asked about the price quote, the receptionist was very polite and placed full responsibility on the customer. Then I swear to solve the problem. If I swear to solve the problem, I think a lot of things would have been solved. When I asked to extract the camera to check when the receptionist quoted the price, the motel owner absolutely refused and told us with an extremely unpleasant attitude like "we've lost money anyway, just pay it and leave." to avoid discomfort". If both the motel owner and the staff refuse to change their attitudes and act dishonestly, I won't recommend others to come here.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
