This time I stayed for six nights from 12/31 to 1/6 during New Year’s Eve. Four people stay in 603 with extra bed but the space is still very spacious It's very close to Higashi Shinjuku and a short walk from JR Shin-Oku Station. It is highly recommended that you need to be mentally prepared if you are dragging your luggage along that stretch of road🤣 When purchasing things, you will try to go back to Higashi-Shinjuku and go home! The room type is very cozy and it's easy to sleep even with an extra bed! The reception staff are also very nice It also fulfilled my wish to open a business in Japan🥳

Stayed for 5 days from 11/27. This time I chose room type 603. It has a fire and a large indoor space. The room is bright, neat and clean. The most important thing is that there is more than enough space for 3-4 people to live together. (All luggage can be fully opened and does not occupy the aisle) Overall, the location of the B&B is very convenient. The surrounding environment is quiet. You can reach Higashi-Shinjuku Subway Exit 3 in 3 minutes on foot. You don’t have to worry about not having food options when you go out, but you don’t have enough food budget 😂 As for the service provided by the IG editor and the staff on duty that day, they are reassuring and considerate. They can talk in Chinese, so you are not afraid of housing disputes. If you need to check in early and store your luggage, you can communicate with the service staff in advance. Mutual respect is the most basic. , empathy is also true, I hope everyone can sympathize with the hard work of service staff. Basically, you can ask if you have any questions. They will also provide thoughtful information about the activities during the recent travel time, proactively ask us if we are interested in participating and book services, saving you precious time and being able to learn the news first-hand. Zumifu official website They all share food notes and festivals, from which you can refer to and plan your own trip to Japan, instead of pursuing a standard itinerary. The details of Zhufu B&B are very careful. They take care of our stay, our fun mood and the atmosphere of experiencing Japanese life. I can only say that you are really great! The hard work deserves more travelers to support it with Japanese currency! !

This time a group of people stayed for six nights. The room was warm and comfortable, well soundproofed and fully equipped. It is very suitable for friends, families and children to stay. It's close to the station and has good living functions. If you have any questions, customer service staff can quickly assist you. This is my first choice next time I come to Tokyo~~~~

I have been to Japan many times, and through Internet searches I found that there are many types of rooms in the hotel. I hesitated for a while, and finally contacted the customer service to put forward my personal needs. The service staff also responded very kindly. In the end, I chose to stay in 603 of Manman Apartment. Just like the photos on the official website, the accommodation environment is really clean and comfortable, and there are large windows on the wall with very good lighting. I feel very energetic when I get up! This time I traveled to Japan, in addition to visiting the tourist spots, I also felt extremely relaxed physically and mentally. I like cooking very much and have always wanted to try cooking fresh local Japanese ingredients. Different from other hotels, the hotel feels like "home". Kitchenware, utensils, etc. are provided, allowing us to experience Japanese life in depth, and no matter what It is also very convenient for transportation and shopping, so it is suitable for travelers who want to experience pseudo-Japanese life (laughs)!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
