I was guested here almost six months, it is a business hotel, service is too good, kitchen personnel (Ms. Lourdes) always serve with a smiling face. Room service is too good. I feel this hotel like home. The only negative is that I forgot three pair of shoes and nobody responded my concern by email.

I was told if I wanted clean towels, I would have to go downstairs and get them. They did not clean our room nor did they empty the trash and give fresh towels. I told her I would write a bad review. She said that was fine she would rather have the bad review, then bring clean towels . Unbelievable stay somewhere that appreciates your business. It’s definitely not this hotel.

I want to start out by sharing that I never stayed at this hotel before I actually am experiencing a fraudulent activity and no assistance was given when I initially called on October 17, 2023 to get the issue resolved. I spoke with a very unprofessional woman that Told me that she didn’t see any reservations with my name. However, I seen a Told me that she didn’t see any reservations with my name. However, I seen a charge for this hotel. She then advised me to dispute with my bank. Well now I am being charged $245 for not even Staying/visiting this hotel whatsoever. So my bank recharged me and the company cannot locate as of Yesterday1/24/24 Reservations with my name on it. So if no one sees any transactions while I’m still being in charge for a hotel, I never stayed in. This is bad service. I feel like I’m getting a runaround for a fragile activity of my information that was used. I’ll be following up with the police report for this issue, not sure why the hotel even sent a letter to my bank stating that I authorize something that I had no knowledge about not even in the area!!!!! This is extremely frustrating that This issue can be resolved like the hotel don’t have money to refund me back. I want this issue resolved immediately. And also press charges on the person that use my information. This is Sad!

Well...I don't often write up about hotels...but this has to get bonus points. We booked on-line, got electronic keys for both the room and parking garage. We arrived later one evening, used electronic keep to get to park our car, walked straight into hotel elevator, straight up to our room...no need for human interaction. Bed was VERY comfortable, as were the pillows (which are often my biggest complaint for a comfortable night). Next morning, no time for breakfast, hotel elevator straight to where our car was, electronic key to open exit gates, then electronically checked out. For us, on this occasion, this was excellent and will definitely return.

The room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast options were good though there could have been some vegetarian sandwiches too. The parking deck is directly connected to the building, a room key is needed to enter and leave the parking deck. It was free for our stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
