        We went and everything went well. Check in was super easy and I felt very safe. In order to get into the hotel you had to scan your room card it was kind of difficult at first being that we were checking in but a nice man at the front let us in. The room was clean and the view was nice also. I will definitely be back soon!

        Staff were nice however no heating in bedroom, dry blood on furniture, stain marks on chairs, only a sheet on the bed. I called for someone to come to fix the hvac or at least explain. I was told maintenance would be up shortly. No one ever arrived. I did not find it useful to continually call due to my observation of the facility. It was a mandated stay. I would not blink twice at this facility for vacation or personal purposes. A revamp would not help. This particular location fits the "its a scam" catergory. I was provided points toward the stay for my trouble. Never again.

        2 stars because location is good and staff overall is friendly. This is a very old building. Which is okay, but there is a smell in the room we are staying in that is hard to get over. The room has not been cleaned well in a long long time. There is stains on the wall. Underneath the bed is absolutely disgusting. Make sure you dont park in the open lot across the street. People will bust out your windows. There is a covered parking garage also nearby if you dont want to pay for the expensive Valet. The breakfast offered is horrid as well. We have always enjoyed our stays at Hilton properties but this has been a eye opener. A reminder to always read reviews before staying somewhere. I highly advise staying at another hotel in the vicinity.

        First off let me just say the staff was helpful and polite. They explained to us the fees and helped us with a problem we encountered during our stay. But that's about the only good thing with this hotel. When we arrived, we were told that there was a $50 valet and incidental fee that was not included in the room we booked. The room was already $150, so to pay another $50 for parking is obscene. And you can't avoid it. The staff told us there were other parking options that were cheaper, but they were also less secure. Since we had no better option, we paid and got our stuff out and went to our room. When we arrived, the room had a fairly strong smell of cigarette smoke, so we asked for a different room. As I mentioned the staff were very accommodating and found us another room to stay at. But these rooms are quite cramped, and in my opinion, they weren't that fancy either. They're also quite small unfortunately, but that's to be expected in the city. The good thing is that this hotel feels pretty safe since their doors are locked by keycard, meaning no outsiders can get in, or even use the elevators, as those are locked too. The breakfast bar is also very poor. The "cooked" meals are obviously microwaved and the drinks are very watered down. But the worst part for us came after the stay. We were originally told the valet/incidental fee would be sent back to us since the "valet was already included in the reservation" or something like that. However, we recently saw that we were charged an extra $40 for the room, and when we called, the lady told us that the incidental fee was actually only $10, and that $40 was for the valet. I told them that we were told the valet fee was included in the room, but she said that "since you booked the room through Expedia, it was not included", but that is not what we were told before. All in all I would recommend to find another hotel. This one is quite disappointing, and to be honest, we had a more pleasant experience at a True by Hilton Hotel over in Jacksonville for just over half the cost of this one.

        Super comfortable bed and pillows. Our room was clean, staff was friendly, the rooftop is amazing 🤩 all in all a good stay and would definitely come back.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
