        Check-in was blah. The front desk clerk was very unenthusiastic and seemed to just be ready to get rid of us. He checked us in and said, "You're good." I then asked him about breakfast and whether he had any water. I am a member. He proceeded to get us two tiny bottles of water. My husband asked him the best way to get to our room because he didn't offer any extra information. The room was nice and spacious. Angela, the breakfast attendant was amazing! She was super friendly and kept everything well stocked. There was a dog barking in the room next to us, at night and in the morning. It was very annoying. Lastly, I couldn't understand why two housekeepers would be telling back and forth to each other early in the morning. One was in a room cleaning, and the other one was in the hallway. Instead of talking quietly, they were talking/yelling loudly and laughing as if guests weren't probably trying to sleep.

        Our stay at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Center was not a pleasant time for our family. This review has nothing to do with the hotel employees who held a high-quality standard during our stay but with the hotel perks that were offered online and unfortunately not fulfilled in reality. First off, the offered breakfast was a total disappointment. The quality and the quantity of items offered do not deserve to be called breakfast. Really poor choices. We honestly felt scammed. We trusted the Hilton brand and preferred to pick this hotel over other options at similar prices and locations and unfortunately it ended up in as a bad decision. Secondly, the housekeeping of and maintenance of the rooms were clearly lacking management overseeing. Our first room had the floor greasy and dirty and the wood furniture lacking proper cleaning, not to mention ants in some areas. One of the ceiling lamps fell down the second day of our stay day and the microwave oven just stopped working. We needed to ask for another room which was provided. This second room had better appliances but unfortunately the floor condition was similar to the previous one. Overall, not a good experience at this hotel and hoping these details can be improved over time for the benefit of its own employees and the customers.

        Location was perfect. Walking distance to food and shopping. Smoking area was kinda far away but no biggie eventhough it was raining lol I digress. 😅 Breakfast was good but nothing to write home about. The rooms were amazing. Clean ans had all the set up like a real home would have. Even a dang dishwasher and pots and pans. I was shocked but in a good way. The coffee was free amazing and had all kind of flavored creamers in the lobby. Customer service was amazing. Front desk and breakfast ladies were amazing!!!

        Everything about this hotel was good. Clean, comfortable rooms with lots of nice amenities. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and the room got very dark at night. The bathroom was nice and spacious and the room also had a full kitchen. It came complete with cookware, dishes, silverware etc. The room also had a dishwasher in the event we cooked in. This hotel also provides free breakfast and a decent fitness center. Also has a pool though it was not open during our stay.

        This place is a dump! Breakfast is horrible, something that you would be served in a county jail. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with the quality of the food, we were told to keep it quiet as the staff "doesn’t feel good" about being told about it. When our room door did not open and our son needed to get into the room, they did not immediately address the concern. When we spoke with the front desk manager Sean, he was very rude and said that he does not feel good about us inquiring about such things and it would be best if we left. We were about to leave anyway and check out, but then Sean decided to call the police to make sure we were escorted off the premises. The place is definitely a dump and I would never recommend anyone staying there. Avoid!!!

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
