        The service we received from staff was exceptional. John at the front desk was absolutely phenomenal and very personable. I liked the modern look and feel of the hotel. In addition, needing to scan your room card to access the hotel and use the elevator added an additional level of security which I appreciated. The breakfast bowl option was different and it was good as well. Lastly, the location was perfect! I had an amazing stay and would recommend staying here. It will definitely be my go to the next time I visit Chicago!

        I was tried & ready to go to my room & didn't know there was a $150 deposit fee. Then, I was trying to look at Netflix but the front desk advised that it was unavailable. Also, there wasn't any meat or yogurt or variety of breakfast items available.. I know at Holiday Inn I seen way more items available. So, I'm thinking the HILTON brand hotel would provide a better selection of breakfast items. I thought there was a bar of Cafe downstairs but that wasn't available either. But I made the best out of my stay.

        PARKING IS NOT ON SITE AND $50 A DAY! Thought I was getting a good deal, but ended up with hidden charges. Yes, parking is technically available but you have to walk around the block and pay an additional $50 a day. The free complementary breakfast is also not great, just a fridge full of frozen egg sandwiches that you have to microwave. The rooms were big and came with kitchenette but fridge didn’t work and basically just slept with a top sheet. All in all it was a decent location, and service, but you get what you pay for. It was essentially a high-end motel.

        Hello, If you are looking to only rest then it’s fine. But if you are planning with certain meal options, do not choose this. There are not enough plans for meal. I had chosen with breakfast, there were no options for vegetarians and vegans. There is one small counter and big queues. Most of the time, there were no re-fills. So only choose this if you are looking to just rest or sleep.

        I came in early and was allowed to check in an hour early. The Suite is spacious, very clean full of amenities. I loved this room! The free breakfast was wonderful. This hotel is near everything and I’m walking distance, bike renting is to the right of the hotel.,I will be back! I had a great 3 night stay!!
