I decided to get a hotel at the last minute for Galaxy Con in Columbus. When I attend any conventions in Columbus, I usually don't stay over night since I love live an hour away. This time I planned to attend the Galaxy Con later than usual and stay later. I am glad I did. A friend recommended this hotel since it was close enough to the Greater Convention Center but not close enough to get caught in traffic. The rooms were clean and efficient and the staff was very friendly. Check in and Check out was super easy and there was no hassle. I will definitely return when I need to stay the night.

Quite, clean, and comfortable. Not much more you can ask for. Loved the desktop table on wheels. AC unit was a bit noisy, but not terribly loud. Slept great. Would stay here again.

Decent hotel but level of service can be improved. Cleanliness of room can be improved - during cleaning days my room was not always cleaned, sometimes only half the room was cleaned. You also could not switch off the air con. Small kitchen in the room was nice touch

The Area where hotel is located doesn’t seem like it has a lot going on and felt a little sketchy. We did find a nice park and library near by. Topiary Park - very close by and a must visit. The library was stunning! Paid street Parking starts at 9am (.50/hr). Very close to the hotel. You can actually walk there but we weren’t too sure of the area. Check-in was smooth and room had all we needed. Noise was ok - could hear a lot of cars speeding by at night. Room was clean and spacious - shower stall could use a little more thorough cleaning. Breakfast was great! Fruit didn’t seem fresh but there were lots of option. Would definitely come back!

Went to a show at the bluestone. Was able to walk comfortably. Rooms were clean. Bathroom acceptable. Staff friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Was able to get a late night snack at McDonald's right across the street.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
