        The over night and morning shift for the weekend of January 27th were amazing. Shout out for Crystal and Vinny. Thank you for the amazing experience and hospitality. You made my stay memorable. Vinny gave me a blanket and started the fire pit for me, and Crystal made sure the coffee stayed fresh and that breakfast was out on time. Everything was clean and the rooms are generously sized. Definitely will stay there again. Plus LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!

        This hotel is very clean! Rooms are thoughfully planned out with everything you need! It is nice to have a full size refrigerator! The property looks new because it is so well maintained! The staff are kind and enjoyable to interact with! You can tell they actually enjoy working together and enjoy their jobs! I had a couple of needs that were immediately tended to! They even bailed me out to print a couple of things I needed help with! The breakfast is good--every day! The energy in this place is positive and uplifting! I highly recommend!

        This hotel doesn't allow check-in with the app. The woman front desk person (night shift) was rude. My family and I arrived with a bunch of bags. The app didn't work, and she was just steps away and made us walk all around to the main entrance. Even though I signed her, the app was not working. She mentioned the app was not working, then not all the hiltons are the same, then actually this specific hotel didn't allow for app check in. Why is not a message in the app? I was already done check-in in the app, and I had to do it all over again, credit card, ID, etc. What is the point of the app, then? Beds and pillows are not comfortable at all. My husband commented that the male front desk was better and more helpful than the lady. Breakfast was extremely bad, although the person attending was extremely helpful, courteous, and sweet. Unfortunately, it's not the best hotel we have stayed in.

        Nice hotel in a convenient location! The facility is only 5 years old, so everything is updated and nice! 50 inch flat screen with apps for streaming. Smart room controls to control the TV. Hot breakfast is different every day! Staff has been nothing but kind. Laundry facilities available. Overall a nice trendy home away from home!

        I prefer to stay here when I travel to Houston. It's always clean, comfortable, central to many great places to eat and shop, and I love the kitchenettes for longer stays. Very pet friendly; there are pet waste stations all around the outside & you only pay 1 fee per visit, rather than a daily rate. Plenty of parking. The evening & night staff are the friendliest and most helpful, but they've all been good in my experience. The pool and the fitness room are nice, and the breakfast spread is always fresh.
