The rooms were great. Front desk workers were nice. Only complaint, I arrived about 1230 for a 4 pm check in. Was charged a $50 early check in fee. 1st time I've had that happen. Other hotels have happily checked me in with no fee.

We had a great stay. The accommodations were good and suitable for 4 people. We were offered board games for the kids to keep busy in the room and hot drinks to warm us up after coming in from the cold. Thank you for the hospitality.

Super spacious, clean, and a wonderful view! The side of the hotel with the view also overlooks a truck depot, which is very satisfying to watch, if you don't mind the noise. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and gave our dogs pets and treats! Was seriously about to leave a 5 star review, but the phone rang at 10:15am with a 'friendly reminder' that checkout is at 11. That is pushy, I was literally packing to leave.

We stayed at many hotels in the last couple weeks, some more and some less expensive. Of all of them, this hotel experience was our favourite! The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and comfortable. We appreciated and made use of the facilities including the outdoor pool, the spacious workout room and the continental breakfast included with our stay. The breakfast offered a couple more options that we appreciated compared with other hotels that offered breakfast, such as prepared omelettes. There is only one factor that makes this hotel less than perfect but could be improved. The distance of this hotel to tourist attractions is quite far resulting in less than great views from our room. *I would love to see this hotel offer a shuttle service (to the strip, to downtown, to the outlet mall or to the airport for example).* Still, I would highly recommend this hotel overall and my stay here after enjoyable stays at other Hilton hotel locations around the world have now convinced me to look for a Hilton hotel anywhere I go in future travels.

Great time staying at this beautiful hotel. If we’re back in the area we will definitely be back! They’re pet friendly and love our dogs, even though they can be a pain in the butt. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay here so great!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
