        Rooms are clean, spacious, and well furnished. Gave a 4 star due to reservation issues. I reserved/booked 2 king bedroom suites online and got bookings confirmation. At check-in, I was informed that only 1 room was a king, and the other would have to be a double queen size bed (2 separate beds in a much smaller room). The front desk clerk seemed indifferent, and her only statement was that she doesn't have control over the bookings.

        The room we were in smelled like dogs and heavy synthetic fragrance was used to mask it. My throat was starting to get itchy and I could not sleep. Not a good place if you are allergic to pets or fragrances. Service however was good. They let us change rooms. Still had fragrance, but much better. To the hotel team - a lot of people are sensitive to fragrances. Please use fragrance free cleaning products and provide a disclaimer when allotting a room that has previously housed pets.

        Had a wonderful time staying here for 3 nights with my family, Rooms were nice and clean. Self laundry was available. Breakfast wasn’t that great, but not a big issue as we preferred to eat out. Staff was friendly. Would definitely stay again.

        Thank you so much to Liz at the front desk who was so sweet and helped me with everything. I was only here one night. The wifi was good and the breakfast smelled yummy and service was amazing. Would definitely come back. Only thing I didn’t like was there was a loud Dog next to my room and this hotel doesn’t use digital key cards.

        I’m a Hilton Honors Diamond Member and booked a double bed handicap accessible room with a walk-in shower for a 2-night stay. Not only was this room not available when I checked in, the hotel made no effort to move me into the reserved room during my stay. I even went to the front desk twice and both times I was told the room I booked was not available. The staff was also poor about refilling the coffee and coffee supplies. They would decide to refill the items during the busiest times often getting in the way. The location was good, but the service was not professional.
