Everything we needed we received from the staff at Home 2 Suites. All we had to do was ask if we wanted more of anything . We were greeted when we first arrived by Felipe, who was very friendly, professional and accommodating and the rest of the hotel staff always serviced us as well with a smile as well. For the price, this was a great place. I love the fact that they have an indoor pool, so I will be sue to bring my bathing suit next time I visit. Also, conveniently located by a convenient shopping center which was walking distance. I love that they had a free breakfast, which included all kinds of cereals, bread, muffins, juices, coffee and omelettes. They also have coffee and teas available all day and all night. I like honey in my tea so they provided that as well. All I had to do is ask..

Nice place. King suite is plenty of room. On site laundry, staff is very helpful. Gym is fine, treadmills don't incline but lots of space and equipment. Grills, kitchen, nice setup

I was extremely disappointed. There were towels in our room when we got there which we used to shower with but the next day when we asked for more towels they said they didn't have any clean and they would bring some to our room. Asked for the towels at 6am and we didn't get them until 1pm. Which made us late to our already paid for escape room at the puzzle room. Also the breakfast bar was very chaotic and messy. People had waffle batter spilled everywhere and it wasn't being replenished so people were cutting in line like they were worried about getting their breakfast. Also the young girl that worked the front desk was not very polite and seemed bothered when u asked her anything.

Stayed here many times the past year. The rooms are always clean and spacious. Based on the price and amenities, I give 5 stars. This is not a vacati9n hotel, but it's great for business travelers.

Very nice facility. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good though oatmeal could have been a bit warmer. Staff was spot on. Location was good with ample food selection near by. Only real negative was the maintenance of the pet potty area.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
