        It is not made clear on the booking that the double room is with a shared bathroom. Check in was remote, quick response but not the most straightforward. Room was very hot and extremely noisy during the night with the tram. Room was not up to the level as shown in the photos. No headboard, extremely run down.

        A non so great experience.. I had sent multiple emails to the owners asking questions and a lot of my emails went unanswered which is very very poor customer service. When I made the booking I secured it with my bank card and nearer the time to going I contacted the b&b and said I wanted to pay with a different card which we did 2 days before we left. Literally on the way into the building I was charged AGAIN this time out of my account that I repeatedly said I didn’t want to pay out of. I contacted them and she said the error was due to the fact that her colleague hadn’t told her that we had paid 2 days prior )how is that possible) It definitely put a damper on our first evening cus I was having to message all my account details over WhatsApp to fix a mistake that they made due to lack of communication. The woman dealing with it was very rude and her English was very poor. She clearly didn’t know that things are done differently in England than they are in Italy. The mattress was awful to the point where I wondered if there was a mattress on the bed at all. The tv had no English Channels,even a news channel would have been fine. The shower was poorly designed. The ac was the only highlight in the room. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it either.

        I booked a Double Classic Room and the first thing I didn't notice when making the reservation was that the bathrooms are shared, which it says in the description but you have to read carefully and pay attention to the details because it's not there at first glance, the room It has no TV, no mirror, no air conditioning, the standing window is quite simple so at night it feels hot and the shower is personal but extremely small. The pillows need to be replaced as they are too worn and balled up which is impossible to keep in one piece.         The location and rooms are okay, but there was a big problem. 1. There is no reception, so you have to check in locally by phone. 2. There is a number key on the door to the apartment, but it really doesn't open. I had a hard time every time I went in. I almost couldn't go in at all.
