The mattress were in a really bad shape! We couldn't sleep on it. The check out was 10am its really early! We had a mouse in the apartment. They didnt want to help us with one more sheet and blanket. . We had no wifi 3 days. We are disappointed!!!

Clean and fresh. Great location near lots of shops/supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Excellent transport links. A well set up apartment, with all the amenities (coffee machine, things to cook with, washing machine etc). All went smoothly with check in and check out. Customer support was fantastic and responsive.

There was an initial issue with the booking through an external site, so I contacted them directly. Nina was fantastic and resolved the issue quickly and to my utmost satisfaction. The apartment was also great. Good location, very clean, easy to access and very relaxing.

The apartment in Camden is magical! The rooms are spacious and decorated, the apartment is clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is very close to Camden and within walking distance from cafes. The service was excellent, courteous and available. Definitely recommended!

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
