During my recent visit to Dubai, I had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful apartment in J Tower, located in the bustling Business Bay. From the moment I stepped into this delightful abode, I was greeted by an atmosphere of tranquility and comfort that set the tone for an exceptional stay. The first thing that struck me was the pristine cleanliness of the rooms. The meticulous attention to detail in maintaining a spotless environment was truly commendable. Every corner exuded freshness, making it evident that the management spared no effort in ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and tidiness. It's refreshing to find a place where cleanliness is given utmost priority, enhancing the overall experience. The coziness of the apartment was another aspect that won me over. The ambiance was warm and inviting, creating a homely feel that allowed me to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the vibrant city of Dubai. The carefully chosen furnishings and thoughtful decor added to the charm, making it a joy to retreat to my cozy sanctuary at the end of each day. One of the standout features of this fantastic stay was the location. Situated in close proximity to the iconic Dubai Mall, the convenience of being just a stone's throw away from this shopping and entertainment mecca was a true delight. Whether it was indulging in retail therapy, savoring delicious meals at the mall, or simply soaking in the breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa, the location of J Tower made everything easily accessible, saving me both time and effort. The cooperation and helpfulness of the owner added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. Their attentiveness and readiness to assist with any inquiries or requirements made me feel well taken care of and ensured a seamless experience throughout my stay. It's always reassuring to know that the owner is readily available and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a memorable stay. In conclusion, my stay at J Tower in Business Bay, Dubai, was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of immaculate cleanliness, cozy accommodations, strategic location, and a cooperative owner made for an unforgettable experience. You will have only the view here. Beware, DONT STOP HERE! payment is higher but staying here long term is a big mistake.! Thinnest walls, flies in the bathroom, poor management ignoring everything, shady summer houses disturbing at nights The Airbnb is given to weird people who do shady businesses at nights (every night), seems this apartment is being rent to special people who do the same task from 2 to 6 am with strong construction sounds and water sounds which wake you up every night few times (709A, 710A). The isolation is very poor, I can hear washing of neighbors and any water activity. I can hear like other neighbor uses this apartment next to me as furniture construction unit. Looks like abandoned building at the rare of Downtown. Security will be nice with you but will not help. Will move out once contract is over. Management simply neglecting the complaints. No feedback, no communication, nothing. That you can expect- solve problem on your own considering money you pay It’s absurd! I feel sorry for those who really bought these apartments and were tricked with the nice views. Very sorry, it could be a really good project if the construction quality was better and they wouldn’t mix residential apartments with messy airbnbs. Swimming pool is tiny and there are only 6-7 sun beds in total. The gym is super small, some people come with the phone speaker on with their music! They don’t set rules about respecting others privacy, time and space. They pretend to be upscale building but then they let apartments to shady businesses, May be even covering them (we don’t know for sure). Find better option for these money, the view won’t help you sleep peacefully at night!! The rest in feedbacks with 1 star is true about elevators, alarms etc.

To be honest ! Had a very pleasant stay! housekeeping and cleaning services were great. overall room were excellent. Ms, Ailyn was excellent at the reception by guiding us perfectly when ever needed. İ really recommend to you guys J ONE home .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
