Great hotel with great location. FREE parking which hard to find in K-Town. Clean decent room for the price. Friendly staff. My only complaint is the bed, it is basically a box spring with mattress topper.

I could say it's a nice place to stay if I wouldn't see one of employees who was sneaking a peak my room from the room next to mine. They don't know this is illegal I guess. I won't go to this place again.

Based on the price it wasn’t bad at all. Service was quick and polite and responsive. Hot water works fine, room looks dull and empty but everything is there, clean and tidy. WiFi service is slow, my husband who works in IT tested and said because there were too many devices connecting and their router could not support. If you don’t care about internet, definitely go for this hotel!

booking it over the phone we told them 2 beds, 4 people... the price was 178$ a night... we get there and they tell me i need to pay extra for the 4th person, and we are not talking 20$ extra... whey charged me 70 extra for night !! that is 140$ more then whey told me over the phone !! they allow 3 ppl for that price !! What is this ?! is not like we pay extra for breakfast... they is no breakfast!I wouldn't recommend it !!

Just what I needed for a one night stay in Los Angeles. During my stay I dealt with three different front desk attendants, all of whom were attentive to my needs, pleasant and seemed to take their jobs seriously. Room was basic but the bed, a/c, and bathroom were all good, which is all I needed. Walk in closet was literally huge, so if you need a big closet this is the place. Location was good in that it was close to and easy to get to downtown, and the other areas of L.A. I was visited. The area had all sorts of working class stores and eating joints around it, along with a grocery store a few blocks away, so you could use this hotel as a medium term base if you needed it. Used my own phone wi fi so can't say how the hotel's wi fi is. One thing I really appreciated, in the breakfast room area they had a bid screen tv with a calming music screen saver on it, at a low volume, not blasting techno music like a lot of hotels think they should have these days. I recommend this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
