        DO NOT STAY HERE unless you like disgusting rooms and pubic hair in your beds. Plus management seems to find ANY reason to keep your deposit. I’ve NEVER stayed in a worse and unsanitary place. Unhoused drug addicts EVERYWHERE including one who overdosed when I arrived at the front entrance. I will be calling anyone I can to get my money back and my deposit, considering I saw 20+ pets staying on property. Again DO NOT STAY HERE! See photos for details- poop stain on floor, nasty dirt floors, pubic hair and dirt in bed, counters with adhesive all over them. Smelled like someone dumped Lysol in all the drains but didn’t actually use it to mop the floor- absolutely nothing good to say. The ONLY reason I stayed was because I bring my own sheets and cleaned the place entirely when I got there. I barely stayed in room as spent time with family I was visiting.

        There were several unmet expectations throughout my stay at HomeTowne Studios Phoenix - Dunlap Ave. The rooms were noticeably tiny and obsolete, and it was clear that upkeep and cleaning needed to be improved. A number of visitors, including myself, observed that the communal areas and rooms needed more maintenance. In particular, the hygiene of the bathrooms was not up to pace. The location might be convenient, but the poor quality and cleanliness of the rooms made for a disappointing overall experience. It's obvious that additional upgrades and an emphasis on upholding a better standard of cleanliness could greatly improve the experience that guests have at this site.

        Terrible. I am hoping to contact the main office. Customer service experience awful. First I was sent all the way down town to McDowell location. I wasn't checked in there. I had to get a ride up to Dunlap Ave. Several miles away. They charge $100. Deposit each night the first 2 nights. I was not informed of that until I tried to check in. Customer service at the Dunlap location was awful. There is a young man there that I would fire. Arrogant and rude. Rooms were not worth a deposit. Dusty, the stove fan was bent, dented, and rusted. A very fair room but definitely not romantic or comforting. Very disappointed. I stayed 2 nights, only because I had it booked already. Not happy at all. They need better customer service, tell you there is a deposit, and much upgraded rooms. Then they gave my room away, which I was still carrying the key because I was moving to a storage unit and did not make it back by 6PM...I had to go elsewhere they do not take walk ins...omg...not a recommendation from me..

        It was not clean, floors were not mopped, shower was not clean. Checked in and checked out after seeing the room. Zip ties hanging on the corner of the bed frame. 2 days later still waiting on refund. Btw recording says open 24hrs a day yet nobody answers the phone. At the time we checked in only security was available to do so, there is nobody working in the office at night..

        I saw homeless people living behind the dumpster and at bus stops. They have it better than anyone who rents a room from this place. I am an apartment maintenance technician and I can tell you a maintenance person hasn't been in my room in months. The ceiling had a 6 foot hole in the popcorn. The walls had scuffs and bug residue on them. I had to fix the toilet because it was constantly running. The microwave was disgusting, as was everything in the kitchen and at 559 a week not even worth it. You're better off sleeping by the dumpster. DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
