        They are currently under renovation, so perhaps things will improve. I had previously stayed in this hotel when it was under different management (corporate). Since it was centrally located and a Hilton property I expected a different experience. 1. The toilet clogged (plunger in bathroom already, known problem) 2. No coffee in room despite coffee maker and tea bags. 3. Desk staff (morning shift) not the friendliest) when I inquired about) loyalty point assignment for this stay. The kitchen manager was exceptionally helpful and accommodating though. I really appreciated his helpfulness and friendly nature. The price and location was great...but Hilton usually does better.

        I have always stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton for many years and enjoyed my stay however my recent stay at Atlanta Pharr Road did not meet expectations. Apparently this hotel is converted from a previous hotel chain. Here are just a few issues observed, the finishes and details are very poor throughout the hotel starting from paint, old noisy slow elevators, small room, very small bathrooms that ae difficult to close . The breakfast area was too small and had only a few items compared to other Homewood Suites. I addition, when making reservations I was told there is an indoor heated pool and functioning but very dissapointed to find out it was being renovated and closed. Hopefully Hilton management will take note and improve next time.

        Being a lifetime Diamond implies I've stayed at many Hilton properties of which some have been Homewood Suites. When I arrived, no one was at the make shift lobby. No problem, I have a digital key and went up to drop my bags. Returned down to get a physical key and bottle water. The person at the lobby did not acknowledge any loyalty, nor did he offer water and when I asked for water, was told they had no bottle water. Now, in all my years, that is a first! I then asked where is the breakfast area? It was behind us. See the picture. I really should have read the reviews before having the travel team book this. In any case, I'll be checking out after 1 night going to a different hotel. Actually can't post the picture. Update. The hotel didn't have fire alarm system. I got awakened by firemen banging on my hotel room door yelling to evacuate the hotel. Which hotel doesn't have a functional fire alarm?

        Updated rooms are nice; however, I don't like the lack of towel racks or hooks. The bathroom was a bit cramped, and the fan comes on every time you enter, which is a bit annoying. The location was great for where I needed to be, but I was not welcomed as a diamond member. People had to ask for bottles of water, which is normally given upon checking in. Breakfast was alright, considering they are still renovating, but I wanted a digital key to avoid the front desk, and I still had to go to the front desk even though I checked in online.

        This place is a nightmare. My toilet stopped working and the front desk told me there was nothing they could do. So I had a non working toilet and a sick kid with the runs... it was terrible. Not to mention the hotel is under construction. It really shouldn't be open. They definitely need to get their act together. I was utterly disappointed.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
