        The rooms are all in need of a serious overhaul. Very dated. And everything is just kind of old and overused (w in our group, broken toilet paper holders, broken towel racks, unraveling carpet, baseboards very banged up). And we stayed for 4 nights, and on the 3rd day our room developed a horrid smell. I think it was coming from the sink/dishwasher. We just dealt w it since we weren't in the room a lot and were leaving, but it was BAD. I would have given the overall rating less stars BUT Generally, the staff was great. Such good manners and so friendly. However, things like the service to the rooms was not good. We had our bed made but didn't get new papertowels and they didn't put a new toilet paper roll on the holder. They also left us wet towels that were folded and hung up (I don't think they just re-hung up our old towels, but I'm not sure why one was wet). They seemed to have very odd rules about things. Someone in our group was told they don't make the beds w the room service unless you request it, yet many of us had our beds made w/o asking. People were told that they couldn't have more than 2 towels (even if there were more than 2 people staying in the room). People were told to get more towels they had to carry their dirty ones to the front desk. BUT, again, the front desk staff was very very kind a helpful, for the most part. Helped w printing documents, were able to locate a jacket we left behind, etc. Please just do some remodeling and get consistent w servicing the rooms!

        Jordan and Mercedes were outstanding!!!! Jordan especially provided Ritz Carlton customer service. The rooms, unfortunately could use an update to equal the customer service!!! My biggest complaint as a person with pet allergies, was the fact that dogs are allowed in this, and all hotels. Sorry dog lovers, but pets leave allergens behind, and housekeeping is not skilled at deep cleaning rooms that have housed pets. Hotels should consider not allowing pets, or charging extra for a special deep cleaning after a pet has stayed in a room.

        The clerk Mercedes was AMAZING! Check in was easy and she made it pleasant. The room was just what we needed for a girls night out. Not too notch but had everything we needed. Full kitchen was a plus. A few spider webs but not a deal breaker for us. Breakfast was delicious. The worker was there to ensure you had and got what you needed. Definitely recommend staying here.

        Overall experience: MID Pros: Great location, outdoor breezeway, apartment style, kitchenette, gated parking, room for improvement. Cons: Getting housekeeping is a joke. Was told we would be getting housekeeping, but no one showed up. Bed was stripped and towels on the floor. Came back to the hotel at 2 AM and no service. When I finally received service, the towels were still not changed out so we had to ask for additional towels since the other ones were dirty and on the floor. I'm trying to get a manager to call me back, and still no response.....this is day 2 going on 3 so I'm guessing this is the only way to get their attention. Morning staff is not friendly. It would take a miracle for them to say something. Airpods in their ears so it hard to get their attention.

        I already wrote a review, not sure it got published. The desk staff were less than friendly, checked in there was no coffee they said come back. Went to room and tv only had few channels and not the ones football was on. Back to desk still no coffee and they knew the tv system was not working. If i had been told i would not have stayed. The only good thing was the lady at breakfast she was awesome. Chair was stained, coffee pot broken, toilet seat was lose,coat hooks and other things loose. Just not what i expected. When checking out i asked about tv system and they could care less, already had my money so why would they..

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
