One the nicest hotel experiences we’ve had. Came to town for big family baby shower and the hotel did everything possible to make us feel welcome and at home. Nice, big, clean rooms right in the heart of Buckhead, one of the nicest parts of Atlanta. We will definitely remember this hotel next time we come to Atlanta!

I would never stay here again. My sister rented a room for us for a girls weekend. We had to change and check 13 different rooms. The bathrooms had mold, refrigerator and microwaves dirty or the room smelled. After we had to switch rooms 3 times, the housekeeper took my sister to 9 different rooms all something wrong. Two of the rooms were already occupied when we entered like how do you not know this. The 13th room was fine other than a spot on the sheet and a slight odor. The staff was very friendly and apologetic. They were very professional. The bed was comfortable.

While the hotel and the staff is great it is a bit annoying having to pay $20 per day for parking given the lot is outback and connected to the hotel. Rooms were clean and looked updated. Can’t really complain with the stay.

Absolutely love the staff here. Traveling in for a bachelorette, we had a very hectic day, the staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in! Will greeted us with a friendly demeanor and over accommodation that helped ease my stress. Later we ran into Stephen from sales who celebrated our bride gave us phenomenal recommendations and showered us with wine and treats during the complimentary happy hour. This hotel is a must stay for ATL!

This hotel is pretty nice. It is not near anything in Buckhead, so you will have to drive. Speaking of driving, why is there a $20/day charge for parking? It's literally just a lot out back. Disgraceful behavior by Hilton. I did not experience any of the mold / roach issues that people allegedly had. Perhaps they confused this hotel with the other Homewood Suites which I have stayed at in the past and was downright terrible.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
