        This certainly was a hotel..safe, bare minimum what you need to sleep at night but on the whole the experience sucked at this hotel for a variety of reasons. - I was charged $600 for the incidental hold when I arrived, which was about $200 higher than it was supposed to be. It never would have been noticed had I not called it out. - The ONLY parking option is to valet your car which is $50 per day. It is impossible to find this information online and it’s in the smallest font ever in the confirmation email. Paying $200 for parking on a 4 day trip is absurd, considering the valet lost our car keys at one point & at multiple others we waited 15 minutes for the valet to show up. - The room was cleaned on the second day and we were missing all of the bath towels and all of the hand towels, and the tissues weren’t restocked. We found an unknown maxi pad wrapper on the floor the afternoon after it was cleaned. - Both room keys were deactivated on the third day of our four day stay. - The ice machine was out of order our entire stay. They do not offer laundry services, you must do your own and have 16 quarters at your disposal + your own laundry products to be able to do one load of your own laundry. Overall I just felt really unhappy and not cared for here. It did the job but everything was annoying and all of the staff was unhelpful.

        From checking-in with Kaylen, meeting some of the staff in the lobby and all the way through breakfast in the morning with Ms. Jennifer, I enjoyed every bit of my stay. While it was only for one night, I recommend this location for the following reasons: professional and caring staff (everyone), immaculate cleanliness from the elevators, hallways, and guest rooms, and feeling safe during my stay. I have stayed in many places and this specific location was definitely top-tier. Thank you, I shall be back very soon.

        The service at this hotel was less than ideal. First of all the elevators were broken. But this did not stop the front desk from telling us to use the elevator at a different hotel to come get our own towels that we called down for. There were also no clean sheets for the fold out bed and when we asked for sheets to be brought to the room, we were told that there were no clean sheets in the entire hotel.

        Rooms are great! Roomy and clean. However service could be better requested for room to be clean and they never came. Also the quality of food for breakfast is inconsistent.

        I travel weekly for work and was excited to try this property that is close to where I need to be, to Publix and the highway. While others posted their rooms were clean, I did not have the same experience. I did not get a feather-free room as requested (severe allergy to down). When I asked for my pillows to be changed out, I was informed they did not have any to provide. I got a blanket in a pillow case and informed they would put a request in for the next day. There was mold in the shower and the towel hanging was clearly dirty. In addition, the next day after working a full day and returning after 9pm, I walked into a room that did not have my sheets replaced (requested due to the down that had been on the bed as I was still having reactions), no pillows. The front desk staff were friendly, but no one was able to help with no follow up. I was told I would be contacted by a manager after having to check out early, no follow up. I don't typically post reviews , but due to the terrible experience I had, I felt it was needed. If you have any allergies to down or mold do not stay at this property. If you need anything, do not expect it to be taken care of or resolved. Highly disappointing.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
