I stayed here during the Christmas holidays so the rates were much lower than they normally would be. I must say that it was wonderful to have a suite with a separate bedroom and a fully stocked kitchen. I got to save so much money eating leftovers and picking up essentials from the nearby Trader Joe's. Breakfast is also included with my stay, although it was a rather generic, high school cafeteria style breakfast. I brought the breakfast items back to my suite and was able to somewhat jazz them up a little bit. All in all, it was a wonderful stay that I would definitely consider doing again next Christmas.

I enjoyed a 7-night stay in Dec 2023, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The room was neat, clean, and welcoming. The service provided by the staff was truly top-notch. A special mention goes out to Lynette, whose warm and gracious welcome set the tone for my entire stay. Her friendly demeanor and eagerness to assist made me feel right at home. It's the small gestures like hers that truly make a difference. One of the highlights of my mornings was encountering Daymion Holmes at breakfast. He went above and beyond to engage with guests, always wearing a smile creating a positive and friendly atmosphere. I also want to express my gratitude to Myron and Jeremy for their service during the Wednesday social get-together. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a pleasant and memorable stay.

The room is nice overall, but not much of a view. I checked in through the app, and we were offered a top floor and ocean view, but it wasn't what we expected. We went down and spoke to the staff, and they couldn't change our room since the very top floor was booked already. We could still see the ocean but were expecting a full ocean view without the building when we got offered through the app an "ocean view." Can't really consider it an ocean view. Overall٫ we still enjoyed the hotel, and it's a good location spot٫ everything is within walking distance/short bus ride.

The biggest problem is that there are only 3 elevators for ~27 floor, and another 2 elevators for the first ~13 floors. Wait time can be over 10 minutes. People were taking the elevator in the opposite direction to find space. Don't pay for breakfast and avoid using the elevator 8-10am. Our room was clean. But, only 3 towel sets, though we reserved for 4. Doors don't close easily. There are no locks on the internal doors (no secured privacy). One door is falling off its hinge. The towel holder on the door and the mirror are falling off. Some maintenance is needed. Breakfast was okay (American style: pancakes, pepperless scrambled eggs, 2% milk, American coffee only, line to make your own waffles, fruits, etc). The elevators. The elevators... nothing they can do, I know.

Where should I start? Only left a star because I had to. I reserved my hotel weeks in advance. A family member was having surgery and I needed to stay within walking distance to the hospital. On arrival on the date of check in they had sold my room to someone else for an air conditioning convention in the middle of January. Go figure. My family had to be placed in the hotel next to homewood suites. The rooms where not up to par, the carpet was dirty- rust on and in the shower. We slept in our clothes and shoes. The next day they moved us to the homewood suites where I had my initial booking. They placed us on the 14th floor. Omg! When I tell you the smell in the hall way was rancid. It smelled like 2 week old road kill that's been sitting in the sun. I called the front desk to tell them the smell was seeping into the room. I was told it was just a cat. So I asked was it a dead cat? I had them place me in another room on the 20th floor so that I could repack all of my belongings because at that point I just threw anything in a bag so I could get the hell out that room. I repacked and moved my family out of that hotel at 11pm. We where at the hospital at 5am that morning til 11pm . We were very tired and the last thing you want to do after a long day is have to repack find another hotel and unpack again. This hotel should be shut down. Or have some type of inspection. Do not waste your time and or money

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
