More than I expected. The view of downtown was beautiful. It was within walking distance of the L and bussing. They were able to accommodate us with storing our bags as our train didn't take out until late afternoon. The breakfast was top notch and staff was there to help remove plates and encouraged us to get more. The rooms were clean and very spacious. We had a wonderful stay.

Location was great although Google couldn't figure it out and sent us on a wild goose chase. To find our way back each day we searched for "Goddess and the Baker, 44 E Grant" which is the quite yummy restaurant next door. Doc B's across the street was very good as well. Room was clean but had some dusty spots. Breakfast was typical hotel fare but the staff at breakfast were top notch. Jeremy is a gem! He is so kind and to willing to help with whatever you need to start your day right.

If I could give 5+ stars I would. I made a mistake in our reservation and I was so relieved when I called Homewood Suites and they corrected my error. I wish I would have gotten the name of the kind staff hat helped me. She reminded me, "There is ALWAYS a solution." Homewood Suites has the perfect location and it was nice to wake up to a nice cooked breakfast. The rooms are spacious and very clean. HOWEVER, again I have to say, THE STAFF IS SUPERIOR.

Stayed here for a week. Staff are great, very helpful and happy. Great location with grocery stores and restaurants with 2 blocks. Good rooms, nice mattress, good pressure in the shower even on higher floors, with a kitchen with hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, along with a coffee maker. Responsive heating and cooling. A great view from the room. A little worn at the edges and with windows the let a good amount of noise in, so needed ear plugs to sleep. There are only 2 lifts and there was some waiting at times. A place with this many floors really needs a bank of at least 4. Price was very good. I was not a fan of breakfast, porridge was too watery. Overall I would stay again.

This is obviously an older hotel, but still very clean, updated and pleasant. Staff were fantastic, the gentleman at the ground floor entrance were so helpful. The ladies at the 6th floor check in so lovely. The buffet was amazing. Great variety. We had kitchenettes which were well stocked for the little we used them. Location was spectacular. We walked no more than 10 min to Lou malnaties, the comedy bar, house of blues, coffee shops, bakeries, groceries, boat tour, shopping. Such a great location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
