At first I was nervous to book this hotel because of some of the reviews but I'm glad I did!! Yes you do hear planes but you are literally next to the airport so with the TV on it's not bad at all. Each staff member I came across was nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and had different options each day. The pool was also nice. I will be booking here again when I come back to Ohio in August!!

Upon check-in, the front desk attendant was the best. I failed to get his name but was very pleasant. The room itself was not the cleanest. My shoes were sticking to the floors in the kitchen and bathroom areas, the bathroom trashcan had trash in it and a dirty towel still hung on the back of the door. Sleeping was the worst. Airplane noise was loud and constant all evening being so close to the airport and from about 4:30am on there was noise above our heads like someone was sweeping the floor above us with a broom and a small ball rolling back and forth. I'm not sure what it was but it went on for hours, loud enough that it would wake me up and keep me up. Breakfast staff was not the most pleasant and all the breakfast food tasted off. We can't even describe how, it just all tasted weird. The first milk I pulled out was expired. Luckily the rest that I grabbed were ok. Wouldn't choose to stay here again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. It was one of the best hotels that we have been to.

Overall it's a place to sleep. Definitely drug use in the lobby. Smelled throughout. A large chunk of access and rooms were under construction. Pretty large mess. Stains on the sheets we had. Meh.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
