Staff is all friendly, location is excellent. Rooms are a bit beat up and some furnishings dated. Great value for the money. Very comfortable hotel for a family traveling.

There’s no way all these 4 or 5 star reviews are authentic. We chose this hotel based on the reviews, and trust me when I say they couldn’t be further from the truth. Our room (King Suite) was DISGUSTING. There was some sticky residue clearly visible on the curtains, dirty silverware in the drawer, random candy and pieces of popcorn in the corners, and the pull out couch had a used blanket left in it. Those items were on top of the general state of disrepair and neglect- scuffs and paint missing from every wall or door, even the fridge handle had been visibly broken off. We were shocked. The location is fine, but there are a dozen similar hotels in the area. I will never stay there again.

I travel and have been to a lot of hilton properties. The room was good. Kitchen light flashed a bit and handles broken off the refrigerator. But I was surprised... I was looking forward to breakfast. It seemed like there was some hockey thing going on in the area, but the breakfast area was a disaster, in my opinion. Rice Krispies all over, portions of food all over, toast pretty much wiped out. No bagels. All of the tables had food etc. Coffee out. NOW, I realize this is caused by ignorant guests. I get it. But either he needed help or just couldn't keep up. I was surprised as usually this area is kept up or clean, especially as it is for consumption. Anyway, that's my 2 cents. Just disappointing.

Absolutley horrible experience. Check in was at 3. We didnt get our rooms until 7pm. Then when we went to the rooms one of them was already occupied by people!!! How terrifying. I have children and if they gave my occupied room to someone I would lose my mind. Staff didnt even care. My son left his gaming device on the bed and the staff says "they dont see it". when it was left directly on the bed. So unacceptable. I will never be staying here again.

The walls definitely need to be thicker! The people next to us fought as we were coming into the place and thought well past midnight. We call the front desk twice the second time around they were kicked out kind of because the next morning they were still there. They fought so much that the wall was shaking and we can hear their conversation for the most part. Understandably we know that the staff cannot be in charge of taking care of everybody and their fights however this was over the top. It was over 4 hours of fighting. One of the family members even joked about us having a show for the evening. The room was great minus the fact we could hear everything going on and the slamming of the door is people came and went from outside. The outside patio is very cute. Somebody was out there barbecuing and having a good time. A fire pit would have been very nice but understandably not necessary.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
