A truly wonderful experience - the rooms are clean and new, the furniture choices were gorgeous, the lobby smells amazing leaving an excellent first impression. Each day, the bed was made, and the sheets smell fresh and light- helping me get perfect sleep. Thank you Hyatt!

Airport was clean. A lot of food and drinks choices at the terminals. The bathrooms were clean. The TSA and emigration got us through relatively quick for the middle of the day. The G1 and G2 terminals were a little jammed at the end. The two flights boarded at one time and it was hard to tell one from the other. Overall not a bad airport at all.

Crowded facility at the hours I used it (noon to 3:30 pm). Very loud interior, making it hard to place a work call. Restrooms are easy to find but require maintenance (coat/backpack hooks missing). Expensive dining options. On a positive note, uncommon service options are available such as the art gallery with gorgeous artwork by airport and airlines employees, free movie download station from the Fort Lauderdale Public Library and free breastfeeding pods (see enclosed pictures). This gave them an additional star on my review (originally at 3 stars).

Arrivals: Arrived right before the holidays, plenty of stores and food options. It was clean, well labelled. There were even breastfeeding pods inside. The departures and arrivals were a bit confusing as it’s multilevel. Finding an exit was a bit of a challenge, we finally found it. Departures: All terminals are side by side so if you are flying out of terminal 4 you will have to drive through the traffic jam for all other terminals first. Flew out of terminal 3, the lines at the secuirty were long but it went by quick. There was a small duty free shop, spandex, several food options. Terminal 2 has shake shack. The bathrooms were clean!

When coming to FLL after your cruise. Be prepared for long lines as there is always a backlog of people on the weekends. Attached is a photo of Terminal 3 E gates on a Saturday morning. Make sure you have plenty of time to get through security and check in. Overall a nice airport and friendly people here to help. Also the airport is a short distance from the port and you can get a ride at a reasonable rate. Hope this helps those traveling through the area.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
