I've booked a two-night stay at this hotel for a little over $300, hoping for comfort, but unfortunately, it was a letdown!! The room had a clogged toilet since 1 a.m., making it impossible to use. Despite keeping the vent on, the noise disrupted sleep, and the unpleasant smell lingered. Additionally, the delayed maintenance never showed up. It's 1 pm now. I couldn't shower. I'm keep going downstairs to the lobby to use the restroom. For the price paid, the overall experience was extremely disappointing and far from comfortable."

Room was ok. Dated furnishings. Breakfast terrible. I’ve included a couple photos I took of the seating in the dining room. Disgusting. Actually afraid to sit on these two seating benches. After the third day of seeing a dirty mirror next to elevator, I asked the front desk if they could have it cleaned - they did, just hated having to ask.

We hardly found the main entrance as it was 9 pm and the door could be open from the inside or with a card. Then we checked in and from the garage the elevator we took drove us to the 4th floor and we had to take stairs with all the stuff to the 7th, receptionist could have explained. The room we booked was for 4, however the bed was ready only for 2 but after i called the reception the lady brought sheets and blankets. Amenities brand is Zero and the bottles were almost empty and there were no shower caps ;-) Breakfast for continental was really good and tasty. Overall our stay was pretty good just sharing some things which could be corrected and might help otger guests.

The breakfast could have been a bit better, and there was no coffee, but other than that, it was a fine stay. We live in Houston, but our AC went out and we needed to get our dogs out of the heat! They do, unfortunately, charge a $75 pet fee, and this particular location is drug friendly, however there's not really anywhere to take them, unless you are prepared to take a stroll down the main road. I wouldn't say this is a negative thing about the hotel, just a heads up for those with pets!! The room was great, spacious, clean and great view.

Rooms aren’t the newest or cleanest, but pretty spacious. Could use remodeling but the location is great and the service is amazing! Jackie was so pleasant our whole trip and made everything so seamless, really appreciate her!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
