This was my first time staying at the Homewood Suites. I would definitely re-visit again. Everyone was friendly and helpful 🙂 It's close to the airport they have a 24-hour shuttle service, which gets bonus points for me! The rooms were clean it was comfortable a microwave, a top stove burner, and a regular size refrigerator-did I forget to mention kitchenware? 😅 I am definitely coming back and staying here. My next visit to Las Vegas.

The start of the stay was rough with a delayed pick up from the airport….. BUT they more than made up for it with the service and the room. Loved the spacious room with big bathroom and kitchen. As vegans we completely enjoyed the complimentary breakfast of oatmeal that had good texture and good topping choices, not a ton but decent. We also enjoyed bagels and fruit. We were “far” from the strip but it was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle and have a comfy place to relax. The walk to the Deuce was not far, and we felt pretty comfortable even at night. We will definitely stay again!

Clean every where. Good sound proofing was appreciated due to closeness to airport. Great pool and hot tub were used every day. Excellent morning breakfast had great eggs, scrambled or omelet, with a rotating selection of meat. Full size refrigerator, two burner glass top stove, microwave, dishes, pots, dish towel, paper towels, dishwasher, etc.; but no dish soap or dishwasher soap. Adequate parking. Very close to rental car return. Good WiFi, desk, and TVs. Comfortable lounge chair and couch with large foot stool.

Very clean, rooms are like small apartments. Rooms cleaned and bathroom stuff used were replaced daily. Breakfast provided daily. Wednesday evening snacks with a salad provided. I'd stay here again. It's only 3 miles from the strip. Pool and hot tub, laundry room, and shuttles to and from the airport.

My room was gross. Hair was everywhere (drawers, floor, etc). Any vent in the room was caked with dirt and the sofa bed was covered in crumbs. All the hotel staff were very nice, and that was definitely a plus to this place. Despite that one positive this is not a well run Hilton property and I would never go back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
