        I am incredibly disappointed with the service at Homewood Suites by Hilton Las Vegas City Center this weekend. We had unusual wait times, we were told incorrect information over the phone, and had unprofessional customer service. When we arrived to the hotel, we had trouble paying for our hotel reservation. We stood at the desk for at least five minutes before being seen by anyone. My mother called several hours earlier to change the payment card in advance. Over the phone she gave the staff the card number and information. However, when we arrived we had to use a different card because my mother did not have her physical card, but had it on her Iphone. I have never encountered a location that cannot take a card over the phone. I have worked in retail at too many locations to believe that their point of sales machine cannot take a manual entry. We called in advance to ask if they have an oven in the suite. The woman on the phone told us they did. When we arrived to our room, there are no ovens. When I asked Stephanie, the woman at the check in desk, about the oven and if there was possibly a communal option, she told me she was sorry, that there are no ovens and doesn't know who could have told us this. The manner in which she apologized was unprofessional. Considering she was the active manager at the time, I would expect a better explanation or experience. Stephanie did not hold herself or treat us with the high expectations that I have learned to rely on from staying at Homewood Suites. She did not attempt to correct any of our problems, offer alternative solutions, or ask how else she can help. We have never had a problem like this at a Hilton before. It also doesn't help that they only have one active elevator. I am disappointed with this trip to Homewood Suites by Hilton Las Vegas City Center and will not be staying here again.

        Home style hotel, as the room has a little kitchen, equipped with refrigerator, also it provides nice breakfast every morning. Clean and convenient hotel, not far from the strip,but keeps distance from the casino, recommended.

        The hotel itself is fine cleanliness-wise, but the blatant fraud re: money charged gets it a one star from me. We booked the hotel for a reasonable rate per night a month ago--my friend did it over the phone with Hilton Rewards and was quoted the same price by two different people. She booked it at that price and they went to charge her but her bank denied the charge. When we got there, they said we could re-book the room and they would "honor the original booking price". Instead, they charged us 150 dollars more per night and, when we brought this up to Hilton, conveniently 1) had sent the original confirmation email to the wrong address 2) refused to resend the email to the correct address, and 3) somehow had no record of the original booking or conversation, even though we found a picture of the original booking price on our end. Furthermore, there's currently 3300 in pending charges on another friend's credit card even though we were hardly in the room and those holds are supposed to be removed promptly after checkout -- and why have a 3K hold anyway? My guess is that someone charged an incorrect price originally and they took this opportunity to grift us out of as much money as possible. If not, Hilton is a pretty shoddy company if they can't even keep records like confirmation emails and recorded phone calls around -- and at a minimum, don't lie about honoring a price when you blatantly aren't. Probably not a coincidence they're being sued in Texas for fraud. I would stay anywhere else! Buyer beware!

        There was mold in the bathroom! The new front desk agent he was very rude! They told me they would refund my points and partial of my money and was only sent back a partial refund. Thank heavens I’m a Hilton honor member! They opened a case and refunded my points immediately!

        Rooms were clean but there was no room service available...we had go down to the reception for small things like towel and stuff..Location is ok..its 20 mins walk to the strip because of the highway that is in between the property and strip.. Breakfast was ok as well...

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
