We had a wonderful stay here! The rooms are so spacious with a kitchen you could cook in and everything you’d need to! The hotel is also walking distance to so many stores and restaurants. The breakfast was warm and delicious. My son loved that there was an indoor pool to swim in! For this location, the price and the quality of everything, you can’t beat this! Will definitely stay here again!

My partner and I really enjoyed the stay. The location is great (close to many bars and restaurants). The rooms are practical and clean. We got a room with a full refrigerator and a small kitchen area with a table and a couch. The service was great, and the breakfast was good eggs, bacon, waffles, toast, pastries, yogurt, etc. It was quiet. It seemed like they did not have us right next to other people which we appreciated. It was a very pleasant stay overall and will be going back.

OMG! The hotel is really great. The room is very large, very clean, and the decoration is also very new. The staff was very enthusiastic. Our front desk staff arranged check-in in advance at 12pm. And the price here is very cheap for $100 a night. Recommended, highly recommended.

Can't say enough good things about this hotel. We stayed 12/3/2023; rooms were clean and comfortable; breakfast was outstanding. They even hosted a soup and salad social on Wednesday night which was great. Would like to particularly call out Darlene who managed the breakfast and Wednesday evening social with great food. Locations is great; very close to Arches NP and Canyonlands NP, as well as walking distance to many great restaurants and shops on Main St Moab. Overall a great inn and great experience in Moab.

Stayed for 3 nights in December while visiting the National Parks in Moab. Overall a good hotel with a big breakfast area, clean rooms, and great location. But there were a couple of negatives... First and most annoyingly, they play party music on the patio starting before 5am. I complained but it continued. No one wants to sit on the patio in December at 5am and listen to music and we could easily hear it from our room and feel the bass. We have a 3 and 5 year old and sleep is valuable. Second, the major reason we chose this hotel was the indoor pool because there aren't many of those in Moab. It was a big part of our plans with 2 young kids, but the pool was closed for "maintenance" the entire time we were there despite no work being done, the lights on, and the pool filled with water. It looked very usable and not having it available was a negative on our vacation. Good breakfast and they had coloring pages and board games available in the lobby. Can't beat the location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
