Great location. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Friendly staff. Rooms were good. Beds comfy. Very above average breakfast buffet. Needs minor upkeep here and there. For instance, in the shower, the knob was worn out so I had to find where the hot water was located on the handle. BUT…Absolute worst pillows known to mankind.

Best Location! Once you figure out that you have to drive around the 2 other hotels right on Universal Boulevard, this Homewood offers low traffic parking and a great value. The breakfast is fine (we were only tired of it on day 5.. not bad!) the pool and hot tub are excellent (in size, condition, and temperature), the manager's reception on Wednesdays is a great thing to plan around, and we loved the rooms. Unlike the more modern renditions of Homewood Suites, this has a true suite layout with a door between the kitchenette and pull out couch room and the bedroom with the big bed. Everything worked, loved having a fridge so we could save money on supper and relax in the room, the TVs worked great. I don't see how a family of 3 or 4 could be more comfortable or save any more money than staying here after stopping at a Publix (the FL grocery store-- it's amazing) on the way in from the airport. Lots of international travelers here, it's fun to socialize just at the hotel!

It’s a nice hotel but it does need some repair and new pillows. We are large family of 7, so it’s hard to find a place that we can all be in the same room without breaking up for the evening so we love the size of the rooms. The staff are all very friendly. The pool area is nice and it’s a great location. The breakfast is very good, lots of variety. One of our kids has some major dietary concerns the staff double checked the ingredients for us. The room we were in needed a new carpet and the night stand had hand finger nail polish smeared on it. So overall, staff was great, location is great, food was good, pillows where fair, room size was great condition of the building was ok but needs some TLC We would most likely stay again.

Our stay at this location during EDC was ideal for groups seeking suites. Whether you opt for a two-bedroom or one-bedroom suite, the spaciousness of both options is noteworthy. Considering our experience, the two-bedroom suite, with the added benefit of an extra bathroom, seems like a practical choice for future stays. We appreciated the variety offered in the complimentary breakfast. However, a surprise awaited us regarding fees. While the website mentioned a $10 daily parking fee, it omitted details about a $75 per day incidental fee hold during check-in. Despite being assured over the phone that it was $25, the actual charge proved higher. Although this was a temporary hold, the discrepancy was unexpected. Despite the fee confusion, the location's proximity to numerous attractions makes it a recommendation-worthy choice for groups seeking suites.

We had an 'interesting' stay. Firstly, the staff are friendly for the most part, until we ran into issues. The pool area is really good, unfortunately the design of the building means the pool area is often in shade. The breakfast buffet was okay, the food was very variable and not up to the quality of a European breakfast buffet, with low quality breads and meats. The room was big and functional. Unfortunately we had an ant issue. We were there for 10 days and discovered ants in the room on approx. day 2 and reported on day 3. We were at the theme parks so they told us they would spray the room. My friend left out some popcorn while in the bath on the last day and came back to hundreds of ants in the popcorn and on the bed. We moved rooms after speaking to the front desk, who told us to raise the issue after with Hilton directly. Also the corridor where the new room was smelt of weed/marijuana. A very stressful end to the trip. The ants were present in some common areas as well. Overall, good value but wouldn't stay again as the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
